  • Functional, good looks, and cheap! - 2005 Honda CR-V

Last week I found yet another storage bin in the CRV that I wasnt aware of. So much room for storage, comfortable seats (especially back seats) and surprisingly large rear storage. I traded in a troublesome 2002 VW for the Honda and it has lived up to the hype. Fun to drive, side-air bags standard, and good gas milage make this a no-brainer. Did I mention how affordable it is?

  • Great Small SUV - 2005 Honda CR-V

I have been impressed with its comfort and performance. I test drove the CR-V when it came and was very disappointed, and this from a multiple Honda owner. The current CRV fixed all the flaws of the original. As with all the Hondas I have owned, it is comfortable and nicely designed. Also, with a small child it is good to have a lot of places to hold kid stuff. Time will tell if it is as reliable as other Hondas I have owned.

I must say this has been a long search for the automobile of my dreams. I am sure other more expensive models would be great. But being a single Mom of two, I needed an automobile with the perfect features. Roominess for my growing kids as well as reliability. This being our only vehicle, I needed to have safety and gas economy also important features.

We have driven from Ga to Tn and back. Then we moved from Ga to Tx and now we live in Ms. So we have driven a lot of highway miles and have no complaints at all. It is very fun to drive and there is plenty of room.

  • Couldnt be more pleased! - 2005 Honda CR-V

This is typical Honda at a great price! The ride and steering are tight- -just what one would expect with a Honda. It drives as good as my Accord. The cabin room is very accommodating considering this is tagged as a "mini- SUV". The 5-speed transmission shifts very smoothly and although this is just a 4-cyl 160hp engine, it has more than enough pep. The ability to adjust the rear seats fore and aft is a nice touch. The main factor in considering this vehicle was addition of the SE trim level(has leather seats)--I wouldnt have considered the CR-V, otherwise, and would have purchased a V- 6 EX Accord.

  • Very Satisfied with my CR-V - 2005 Honda CR-V

Ive owned 4 Toyotas (1 Camry, 2 Highlanders & 1 Matrix) before and this is my first Honda. I am very impressed with the CR-V. I was considering a RAV4 but this is a better choice--more features and lower price. It is spacious for a small SUV. The acceleration is just fine for a 4 cylinder SUV. I love the pewter pearl color.

So far I have have no problems at all with my 2005 CRV SE. Its bigger than it looks from the outside! Gets good MPG for suv also.

  • Worth the money - 2005 Honda CR-V

I love my CRV. I will never own another brand vehicle. I have so many positives, so Ill tell others about my negatives. You cant roll down the back windows without hearing a horrible vibration. The exterior panels around the wheel wells are fading to a gray while everything else is black. The intermittent wipers need more variety/speeds. I would like another power outlet up front...for 2 cell phones. POSITIVES- very spacious, drives great, fast acceleration for a 4 cyl.,good gas mileage, quiet. I love my CRV

Very pleased after 26,000 miles. Bought Honda based on previous experience with Accord, Civic and a few motorcycles. Incredible performance in inclement weather, drives like the pavement is always dry. Excellent cargo and passenger capacity for a small vehicle.

This car is very roomy inside, and feels like it has a lot more room in the interior than it looks like it would have on the outside. The headlights are fantastic! There is a blind spot on the left side near the back tire that is very annoying, especially when trying to back out of a parking space. Wish the doors would automatically lock when you turn the ignition on like my old car. Gas mileage is horrible, but the car is still breaking in. On my old car, if the emergency break is on, it would not budge! This one, I actually drove 1/2 a block before realizing I left it on. I dont think I should be able to do that!
