Overview & Reviews
After a complete redesign last year, the 2010 Toyota Corolla adds standard stability control but otherwise holds its ground.
- Forgiving ride, good fuel economy with base engine, minimal road and wind noise.

Downsized from Lexus ES 300 - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By AJ - December 27 - 5:23 pmBought the car 1 week ago to replace a perfect, but aging 2002 Lexus ES 300. I like to sport look of the Corolla S and thought I would be sacrificing a lot but not really. No heated seats, no leather (in my model) and no 6 disc CD changer but thats about it. Gas mileage is excellent and car is more than what you would expect to get, with the price tag. Really liking it so far and I know this car will be burning gas down the NY roadways for many, many years to come.

Gas mileage - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By rkbeemer - December 25 - 6:03 pmI love this car! The mileage has been shocking... 25 city right on the button, but the highway has been an unbelievable 45.7 miles per gallon @ 65 miles per hour on cruise. I love this car!

Im Happy - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By Elizabeth Libero - December 3 - 5:33 amI am very happy with my new 2010 Corolla XLE. I have owned a Tercel, Corolla, Camry Wagon and Sienna. They were all great, so I stayed with Toyota. I am especially pleased with the quiet ride, bluetooth, zippy engine and look. I prefer the cloth to leather since I live in very hot temps. I was excited at the powertrain warranty and oil changes for life as well as my fin. deal. I95 staff treated me like I was buying a Lexus.

Fun little car - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By al0751 - November 26 - 9:05 pmMy parents helped me buy this car used when my truck started costing too much money for inspection each year. While I started out a truck man, and still am to this day, I love my car to death. It is very fun to drive. I get excited to drive it even several months after I bought it. The 5 speed is nice, however there are a few quirks with mine. The clutch pedal squeaks (quite loud when the windows are down and at a standstill), and the shifter also squeaks when I am shifting into first and second gears. Also, sometimes the back window rattles when the radio is on (volume and bass are both not very loud and it still vibrates). Overall, I love the car and will keep it until it dies

Lived Up to Rep - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By Steve Marsh - November 15 - 10:39 amGot pretty good deal on 2010 LE Toyota Corolla. Paid few hundred dollars less than average cost. Decent miles for a 2010 (75,000 miles). No significant bells and whistles, so pretty basic. Previous owners spilled bucket of pickle juice on back seat, so a repeated ordeal trying to remove smell, but just bad luck. Overall pleased.

Toyota screwed up the Corolla this time - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By RegretfullyToyota - November 8 - 1:06 amI was Toyota loyal fan for so many years. This time, I hated it because I did not do a good research. 2010 Corolla oil filter, acceleration pedal, steering problem, and maintenance requirement light within only 5000 miles. It is very bad design on oil filter. Not to mention the recalls. Toyota really screwed up this time. I want my money back.

MagLuk - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By magluk - November 6 - 11:16 pmSo I wrote a review two years ago right when I bought the 2010 Corolla. A lot has changed and only for the worse. When Im on the highway it sounds like there is something retelling around the roof, and Im getting the feeling like the roof will fall off, it happens more on a windy day, also the car is starting to jerk when Im in drive at 40mph trying to go faster. The car also has a problem with pick up when I want to accelerate and switch lanes. Over all Im getting scared of driving this car, and Im thinking of trading it in, not for another Toyota, I believer they are getting to expensive and the quality is going down hill. The dealer always has excuses on not looking in to this mater.

Longitivity on parts - Brakes - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By cirandousti - October 21 - 2:54 amI purchased a 2010 new model less that 2 years ago. Now at only 32,200 miles the brakes are gone on my car. When I called the dealership I was was informed that some New vehicles are being sold with brake live span of 15,000. This is seriously the reason Toyota is having horrid experiences with this vehicles and after the recall incident you would think that they would sell more "reliable" parts on their vehicles. I am so mad that I have dish out $$ on a 32,2000 mile car, that I will be seeking to trade this vehicle, recommend to ALL those who listen to NEVER purchase a Toyota vehicle. I regret ever purchasing a Toyota and will NEVER purchase another.

Very pleased - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By dvd0060 - October 10 - 3:53 pmFor the money this car is fantastic! The 1.8 liter engines has plenty of get up and go (I was surprised!) great breaks, handling is light and steering was quick and accurate (made it kinda fun to drive). The seats are comfy and theres plenty of room inside. Stability and trac are standard! This car feels more substantial the you might imagine. Low road noise and very absorbent ride, all help make the car feel like quality.
