Overview & Reviews
Completely redesigned for 1998, the Intrepid is a sedan that has the graceful styling of a coupe, thanks to a continuation of Chrysler's cab-forward design. Dodge's trademark cross hair grille dominates the front end along with two large, sparkling headlights. And the new Intrepid is powered by your choice of two new V6 engines.
- Large interior, optional 3.2-liter V6 engine, good looks
- Facing tough competition from home and abroad

98 Dodge Intrepid - 1998 Dodge Intrepid
By Scott B - January 6 - 5:25 pmThis car has to maintained often, if not you will find yourself with serious problems. It has a nice ride and is a overall great car when it chooses to be. This car has many flaws and I would not recommend it to a friend because you will end up putting more money into then youll every purchase it for.

Worst Vehicle Ive Owned - 1998 Dodge Intrepid
By Terry Buckner - February 18 - 7:59 pmThis was the worst vehicle I have ever owned. The second Dodge product and the last one! The engine died at 92,000 and a replacement one is 5-6k. The entire car isnt worth that! The 2.7 liter engine is horrible. Needless to say this one needs to be junked!
