With an all-new model scheduled for '05, there are few changes for the 2004 Ford Mustang. All models wear commemorative 40th anniversary exterior badging, while V6 and GT models can be ordered with a full 40th anniversary package that includes additional exterior and interior enhancements.

  Even though i didnt or havent driven one, my experiance in one was pretty awesome. Especially if that person your riding with knows how to drive it. It has great handling and its acceleration is awesome also. I hope to own one in the near future and possible the 2005 model when it comes out.

  As a a guy who grew up in the 60s American cars have, for along time, been a major disappointment! It seems all the American manufacturers could produce was Japanese wannabes. Then enter the new Mustang! Wow! What a trip. Thats a real car. The sound of that thobbing engine and the rush at takeoff. Man thats a true Muscle car in the finest of American tradition. This is the first Ford bought in my family in three generations. So far it beats anything GM could even dream about. So long GTO and GP. This car even makes the old Corvette look kind of ordinary!

  Before getting the Mach1, I despised Fords and believed I would never buy one. The Mach1 was too good looking and fast to pass up. Its 40th anniversary emblems with its hood scoop and awesome rims turned heads. Its performance is great as well, but you pay for it in terms of gas mileage. Since owning the Mach1, I have not had anything go wrong. At worst, the interior dashboard and fixtures are cheap and quality but not something that cannot be replaced. Tires are costly but that is one of the costs anticipated when purchasing a high performance car. This is one vehicle

  At 6 4", the world is built at 3/4 scale for me, but I can actually get reasonably comfortable in my SVT coupe. Im practically sitting in the back seat with it all the way back, and even with 38" sleeves, I can barely reach the shifter. Nonetheless, it still has excellent headroom, and its more comfortable than my friends $250K 575 Maranello Ferrari. It fact, I pulled up to a (rare) fellow 03 Cobra driver, and he said he liked it better than his other car, a Porsche. Launches are awesome. The tranny, the same as in the Z06, Viper and Aston-Martin DB-7, sounds like its got sand in it - a common complaint. And if you want good mileage, get a KIA.

  This great summer car.Its fun to drive to work back,weekends are the best.Horsepower is respectable while the torque great.My best times are at the drag strip!

  If your looking for a rush with instant speed this is the car for you. The paint job is very interesting and most people like it. Head turner. Only 1000 production cars made and no more after 2004.

  I had love mustang,since I was sixteen,that when I saw my first mustang. I do injoy driving my 2004 V8,GT mustang, but I am dispointed in interior, its cheap. I was also over price for this car. I paid for my 2004 ford mustang 32,000. I found aniversary package, was nothing to brag about. I still looking for the deluxe in 2004 anniversary package.

  The 03/04 SVT Cobra Mustang is a docile car under normal driving, get on the gas and the car just flat out scoots. The handling is much improved over the previous Mustangs & Cobras. The interior is basically the same since 94 save for the seats, which are well bolstered (maybe even too much). When I purchased my first Mustang, a 1998 Mustang GT, the saleman told me once you own a Mustang, youll always have one. He was right and this is my 3rd Mustang since then and the Cobra is above and beyond the shoulders of the GT. My words give the car no justice, go test drive one and dont be scared to lay into the throttle a little bit.
