Merging Chrysler Showing in MEBE - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Hank B - December 29 - 2:00 amDangerous Aspect: Unpredictable total hesitation (as if engine stall) when accelerating from stop. Life threatening situation if crossing lanes of oncoming traffic. Uncomfortable Aspects: Smoothness of Ride: Better than a lumber truck. Not as good as a 1981 rear wheel drive MEBE Model 300D Drivers Compartment: Very cramped. Lumbar positioner is essential. Height: Needs more clearance. Head- rattling if not careful entering. Rear Seating: If passenger dont have rheumatism when getting in they will after sitting in rear compartment. Glove compartments: Thats about all they are sized for: Cup holder is useless space clogger.

By clonghi - November 22 - 2:00 amMake the garage door process easier. Have two garage doors and it makes it quite hard to program.

lemon of all lemons - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Dustin F - November 14 - 7:08 amresults may vary, 2nd owner of a 2004 c230k built in Bremen, Germany. Make sure you have a fat wallet if you plan on owning a used c230k. I have had nothing but problems with this car, with only 96k on it I have had to get the transmission serviced twice once at 50k and now at 96k due to it going into safe mode, bad sensors, leaking orings for transmission harness. Also have had an intermittent misfire in cylinder 1, had to replace fuel pump, coils, plugs, fuel lines, throttle body cleaning, still does it from time to time, rough idle randomly. Had it at an independent shop for 2 months and they were even stumped by it. Seriously if you are not making 65k+ a year or live at home with your parents forget the image of the Mercedes and go with the toyota or honda.

All-weather Commuter - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Long Drive - October 4 - 2:00 amI commute 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day, plus customer calls. This car is solid, reliable and sure- footed in all weather. It goes through monsoon-type rain, blizzards and ice storms without missing a beat. The car handles extremely well, is responsive and it is a pleasure to drive. I am also very impressed by the numerous safety features. There is not a car on the road with more safety technology for the money.

My C230K!!!! - 2004 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Gene Chou - October 4 - 2:00 amChanged from an 00 Camry to this car is a whole new experience. Has power when you need it, yet very fuel economical, safety features, luxury look, and best of all, its a Benz! Bought the Premium Package, gotta love the Bose sound system. The only two drawbacks I can find is the visual of the back, sometimes tricky to see when you want to change lane, and also the non-power seat is hard to adjust sometimes.
