Not what I was expecting - 2014 Toyota Corolla
By scottr32 - August 17 - 3:11 pmI drove the car for a few weeks before I had to get rid of it, power was horrible, fuel mileage was subpar even compared to my v8 camaro. The weight was too light for safe driving in any road conditions, consistently hydroplaned in the rain and had to fight it to drive straight while passing another vehicle. The power is extremely poor and the interior looked mixed together. The only good thing was the exterior appearance and I even found that lacking. The ride quality was very poor too, had to get out of the car after thirty minutes to stretch because the seats lacked poor support.

Toyota fan since birth - 2014 Toyota Corolla
By savannahjean12 - August 6 - 1:15 amI just bought my 2014 Corolla S in April of 2014. Usually I hate when people write reviews with under 60,000 miles on their cars, but theres a lot to say about the Corolla, and I just cant wait! I love everything about it. The gearing system takes a little getting used to. People say that it has weak horsepower, but you just have to know how to use it. 3500+ rpms seems to be the new "2500" that you would normally shift at. Obviously because its brand new I havent had any problems with it whatsoever. I do plan on writing reviews on it the longer I have it.

Cylinder Head Replaced at 13,500, Probable Factory Milling Issue - 2014 Toyota Corolla
By mycylinderhead - May 11 - 6:56 pmBought 2014 LE Eco Plus in September of 2013. At 13,300 miles, Code registered for fuel/air imbalance. Service Bulletin said cylinder head and 4 valves to be replaced under warranty. Major repair for a young car. Very disappointed. Toyota will not at this point extend drive train warranty for free because they have "fixed" it. Other than that, car runs smoothly, nice and heavy for a little car. The gray seat fabric stains very easily, even a wet gym bag or wet work bag if left on the seat too long leave pronounced stain, even with the Stain Guard extra they sell you at time of purchase. This is a hassle, worrying about everything that touches the seats. Average 32MPG.
