  • Fun to drive - 2010 Toyota Corolla

I traded in my 99 Nissan Altima SE L and I am very impressed with this car. I compared the Mazda 3, Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra and even another Altima and the Corolla S won. I got a super deal, much less than the TMV price. I like the interior, which is spacious and well thought out. It rides much nicer than the Altima. The S presents itself quite well and you cant beat the MPG. Add the discounted Extra Value Package and you have a great upgrade. I didnt need anything else. This car is fun to drive, city or highway and you dont feel guilty because the gas mileage is so good. Go ahead and buy this car. You get much more for your money.

My s is great. Very quiet smooth ride handles great. I have had no problems with it so far. My mpg average at 37. My wife loves it. I paid 18,000 @ 0% for 60 months its worth it get an s not the le. Ive heard they have more issues. Negatives the wind does push it a little but if you cant handle that you really should have your license taken, needs a little more horse power but hey what do you expect is a 1.8 with excellent gas mileage. Get the s with a sun roof its really quiet even with the roof back

  • Awesome Buy, Very Pleased - 2010 Toyota Corolla

I bought a 2010 Corolla S in January of 2010. I LOVE this car. Ive never had a front wheel drive before this car, always all wheel drive. It drives great, it looks great. The interior is so sharp looking and so is the exterior. The only thing is, when its SUPER windy outside, the steering isnt excellent, but not horrible at all. I get GREAT gas mileage, I drive 20 minutes to and from work everyday and I fill up once a week. I also dont drive liek a grandma either and I still get great mileage. When my lease is up, I will be definately buying another Toyota. I suggest going with the S model, its 300% better then the LE and base.

  • Simply an All-Around Great Small Car - 2010 Toyota Corolla

There is no secret what the Corolla is and always has been about: reliability and value. I purchased my 2010 Corolla new and have put 60,000 miles on it. Only non-maintenance issues so far have been a faulty gas cap (on warranty) and a plastic manifold guard that needed re-fastening ($1.75 for zip ties). The original brakes are still going strong, the tires will need replacing soon, but have lasted for 60k. The car is smooth-running, never rough idles and has produced fantastic gas mileage: 36-38 highway & 26-28 city. The interior, as with most Toyotas, is quite bland but functional. The materials are not cheap feeling as in other cheaper economical cars. The only cons about the Corolla are the acceleration, the road noise, and the paint. The car will cruise easily at 80 or 85 mph, but it takes a LONG time to get there. Acceleration is about what you would expect from a naturally-aspirated 1.8L 4-cylinder. As with most cars at this price-point, road noise is very noticeable above 60 mph, but livable. The road noise comes entirely from the poor isolation and not from the tires. The only issue I did not expect when purchasing this car is the quality of the paint. It chips quite easily and the clear coat has begun to erode on the trunk. Granted my Corolla has never experienced a garage, so your experience may vary. Overall this is a fantastic car that has lived up to and exceeded my high expectations. I definitely recommend purchasing one if you need a reliable, safe form of basic transportation.

  • My new car - 2010 Toyota Corolla

I have been driving a Ford Escort for the past 12 years and need to buy a new car. I like the deals that Toyota was offering and always knew they were great cars and believed with all the hype they would be even better. So I went to look at a car and ended up buying it right then and there!

I dont know what these people are talking about. 80k on my 2010s. 30mpg on the streets. Close to 40 on the hiway. Not one problem since purchased.

  • Best Car I Own - 2010 Toyota Corolla

When deciding which car to have secondary to a 2010 Camaro, (which isnt that fuel efficient) I always thought about getting a Corolla. After test driving an "S" model, I realized some improvements needed to be made in the power-steering sector as well as in the overall power. What the "S" model couldnt deliver, the "XRS" did. With the 2.4L engine, I could actually feel more power when accelerating which was surprising @ 158 hp, as well as the designated "European Tuned Suspension and Steering". The car is a great choice for people who want a deceivingly powerful compact sedan that is fuel efficient and delivers a great ride. The only cons are the left footrest & a mediocre interior.

  • Good Car - 2010 Toyota Corolla

I have leased this car for 5 months now, driven 2500 miles and have had no problems so far. The car gets great mileage, I gas up once every other week. For those that say it is bad, fuel economy declines rapidly past 60 mph for all cars. Drive slower. I do agree with others, the steering is bad when there is a lot of wind. Also I dislike how the ABS comes on after every bump while breaking. Other than that it is a great car that looks great. I also like the sequential shift, it makes finding gears fun and adds class. Would buy again, but at a lower price. The interior is cheap for the high cost.

  • Best Car for the money. - 2010 Toyota Corolla

We picked up this nice little Corolla LE 1.8 Gray last week. So Far so good, we like the color, engine size, comfort, electric steering witch is so light. We put 200 miles on it so far and we have no problems like other people have described. My wife loves this new car. There are only two little things that bug me. One is the clock it is definitely too low there is a lot of space to move it higher and the other thing is that it doesn’t have a place for sun glasses. But besides this the car is grate and it sips gas! For what we paid we dont expect more or less, just perfect.
