  • solid car - 2010 Toyota Corolla

This car is a solid, dependable car. I bought this car coming from 2 bad experiences with Pontiac and Lincoln. I am hoping that this car is as reliable as corollas of the past. So far, i am getting 36 mpg on average. On the highway i am getting close to 38, which is great. The ride is smooth and relatively quiet. The stereo system could be better, but I may upgrade that myself. The seats are comfortable, and I love using the auxiliary part of the stereo for my IPOD.

  • Daytime Dashboard Lights - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I had a Toyota Corolla LE 2007 and a Honda Civic LX 2010 which had dashboards that lit up as soon as the car started and remained until the car was turned off. I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE two weeks ago only to find that the dashboard lights are controlled by a sensor that begins when the car is started in a darkened garage but fade as soon as the car is in daylight. Even when the car goes through a tunnel or overpass, the lights dont go on. All the mechanics tell me this is the way its made to work. To me, not having dashboard lights is a safety issue, and it should be rectified by Toyota. The salesman suggested that I cover the sensor. Why? Its supposed to work automatically.

  • Fun Little Car - 2010 Toyota Corolla

Reminds me of my 68 VW beetle. Nimble, easy to whip around in, easy to park. Has neat auto stuff like head lites, door looks when put in dr mode, int lite fades, keyless features. One major issue that others mentioned--the steering. It wanders, requiring constant mini corrections. The svc dept of the store advised me of a tech. Svc bulletin. A new elect module had to be replaced. Corrected the problem. Why was I not notified in advance this was a known problem? The cars appearance in my opinion better than the competition. I agree w/others on the seat material being cheap and a lint problem. Ditto with the clock location. One

  • Best Purchase Ive ever made - 2010 Toyota Corolla

This car is not just economical and reliable, but its also beautiful and fun to drive! Im 20 years old and just got my 2nd corolla 2 days ago. My first one was a 2005. What a huge upgrade in features Toyota made. Absolutely wonderful vehicle for the price.

  • Good show - 2010 Toyota Corolla

My 2010 corolla is great. Only a few slight changes would help it. Its easy to control and is very quiet. I have been having troubles with my trunk opening lever in the car. It hasnt been working recently and I need to get it checked out. Its only been 5 months since Ive had it, so this shouldnt be happening.

  • 2010 Corolla, king of compact - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I have owned my 2010 corolla for almost a half a year now. I am extremely happy with it. The performance is more from what you would expect, its quiet, and comfortable. Im glad i spent the extra money in buying my corolla. Its fun to drive too. But it is a compact car. For 2 people, it has a lot of room, (Im 62) But when you have 5 people in the car, you should keep you point a to point b trip under an hour. The mileage is great, a hair lower than i expected, but the power is great. Great buy.

  • Not perfect, but very good overall - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

Ive had my 2010 S model for a year, and am very happy with it overall. First of all, the gas mileage is awesome. I have a 5 speed, and if the MPG monitor is right, I can get about 38-39 MPG on the highway. I average 35 on a whole tank of gas. The styling is great. Nice aggressive lowering of the front end, and the ground effects and spoiler make it look much better than the standard models. Interior is nice. There is a lot of plastic components. A few negatives, although minor. Could use back seat pockets. The fabric is loosely attached. One issue Ive experienced with the radio is during cold weather, the volume knob will not work. The interior needs to warm up first.

  • Beats the 2009 model! - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I avoided the 2009 model partly because the clock was embedded in the multifunction display. That is now fixed! Even if it is a bit low. Otherwise, the car is comfortable and responsive. Interior is a little plasticky, though laid out well. Unlike others, I like the steering feel. Had a lot of rain this week, handling was fine and the wipers and defrosters worked fine. Before buying, I had rented the 2009 and the 2010, also test drove Fit and Civic and looked at Elantra. This was the best overall, partly thanks to price which included VSC.

  • Nice Car, Great Price - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

Just went and picked out my car today after searching and getting the price right. I love my Corolla. I got the Corolla S model for 16400. with 3 years of oil changes included Great Price considering the window sticker was 20900. I have test drove everything that is comparable and hands down the Corolla sport is well worth the money.

  • WOW Value - 2010 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I bought my 2010 Corolla S for an incredible price with automatic, spoiler, power package and 16 alloy wheels. I also looked at Mazda3, Kia Forte and Honda Fit. Toyota beat them all on price to my surprise; I suppose the Toyotathon helped! It drives very well for a small car and the 4cylinder auto is responsive and eager to go. Its not going to win a drag race but cruises at highway speeds very quietly and economically. Looks fairly sporty with the rear spoiler, but again its not a corvette. Very quiet at highway speeds and rides very smoothly!
