Great economy, zero fun - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By Kent - December 20 - 2:00 amVery reliable, great mileage. Very uncomfortable interior design. Toyota cheaped out on the interior. The seats are the worst. Body looks great but feels cheap and looks cheap when you look close. Great truck space. Very zippy for a 4 cylinder. Radio controls on steering wheel are nice but they dont allow you so scan, you can only choose preselected channels??

The best has come, yet isnt perfect - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By mfullmer - October 1 - 10:00 amI had been researching this beauty since about March of this year (2004) and finally decided to "bite the bullet" in July. My Absolutely Red SLE Convertible with NAV and VSC was delivered August 15, 2004. This is, hands down, the best convertible in the $28-33k range.

Jeffs review - 2005 Toyota Camry Solara
By fertdawg - July 19 - 10:00 amThis car looks great on the outside as well as the insdie but the performance is sub-par. Pick up is sluggish compared to other v-6s in the market. The transmittion also has its own problems as it tends to rush into third gear, abd the driver gets the feeling of anticipation as the transmittion down shifts. While slowing down at a red light, and it turns green, pressing on the accelerater will make the transmittion jump awkardly. After market parts are hard to get. For example, to get a aftermarket head unit you would have to get a new kit for that section of the dashboard, becuase the current dash board theme is samll.
