Overview & Reviews
For the 2006 Toyota Avalon, the availability of stability control has been expanded to include the XL and Touring trim levels. Keyless startup is now standard, rather than optional, on the Limited.
- Carefully constructed cabin worthy of the Lexus name, powerful and fuel-efficient V6 engine, serene ride quality, huge rear seat, numerous upscale amenities.
- Refined nature leaves little room for personality, rear seats do not fold.

Very disappointing - 2006 Toyota Avalon
By Jhm - May 12 - 4:03 pmMy car (4,000 miles) has MAJOR paint issues, plus electronic problems, plus a rattle in the suspension that the mechanics cant locate. Oh, and it only gets about 21 mpg, even with easy driving. The paint is very worrisome. It chips off the front very easily. I look like I was sprayed with rocks (even though I wasnt) My daughter calls the car chippy. I dont think its funny

Blechhhhhh - 2006 Toyota Avalon
By B.B.Q. Houston - November 16 - 4:16 amPoooooor quality. Tailpipes off, engine growls and transmission problems from day one. Its been in and out of dealer for two months!!! My wife hates the seats in front. She says they are very uncomfortable. Plus, Toyota wont fix the darn transmission. They and dealer give me the runaround. Never again.
