  The 2006 Hyundai Sonata is a great car, it is the best car for the money. My wife and I traded in our 2003 Mazda 6i which cost the same amount when we purchased it, but came with a lot less standard equipment, less quality and a lot less power (4cyl vs v-6)!

  I was settled on buying an Altima until I saw a local ad about the Sonata. Decided to check out the vehicle and glad I did. This car is not only cheaper by $4000, it has more features, more power, and has updated its styling that rival the luxury European cars.

  This is the quietest car I have ever driven. It exceeds all the good things that had been written. If you are looking for a car thats built solid and looks good, you will be happy with the 2006 Sonata.

  For the price is a very good car, but after 1875 miles my driver side window strated to squeak when going up or down. Other than that its very good.

  I never thought I would have a Hyundai sitting in my driveway. Happened to see the commercial and thought it looked nice. The more I found out about it, the more I liked it. Car has lived up to all my expectations so far except gas mileage is low (mine has averaged approx. 22.5 mpg 80% highway) Build quality and driving experience are excellent for a car this price. Wouldnt have bought the new model without the warranty.

  This car is a very dependable It rides like a mercedes or and very fast -n- swift on turns and stability.I have drivin alot of diffrent brands of cars (Driving new and used cars to auctions around USA)and for this Gls 2006 V6 4 door model it tops the other brands you should go out today and test drive one alone and not with a (dealer) breathing down your neck trying to influence you.Also I realy didnt have this one in common at the time I looked at it but once I test drove it and was amazed the way it handled. Ive owned it for 3 weeks now and not one problem with it .I do like to pick up speed when I take off ,it does very well!

  I love this car. It is a treat to drive and I get TONS of compliments on it. There are a couple things lacking, though. It would have been nice to have a tuner on the steering wheel and lumbar support in the passenger seat. Otherwise it is fantastic.

  Car received as new, missing standard parts. motot and glove box repaired without my ok. motor is hard to start! dealership/Hyundai do not back this car, why? BIG MISTAKE TRUSTING THEM, THEY ACT MORE LIKE BULLIES IN GRADE SHOOOL. Look elseware, I feel ripped off or worse (fraud).

  I researched for months before the final purchase. We have owned many vehicles in the past, 7 Toyotas. I have now changed my opinion and have become a believer in Hyundai. The Sonata was built with alot of thought and it shows. If your in the market for a new car you should do yourself a favour and take it for a spin. Your bank account will be glad you did!

  After months of considering a Volvo or Lexus and on the day before I was going to buy a used S80, I saw a new Sonata on the freeway. When I got home and checked the reviews online I had to try it. What a blast to drive! It had most of the amenities I wanted far more interior and trunk space than comparable cars. I spent less money for a new car than I would have spent on a used one plus it has this great warranty. It turns a lot of heads and everyone I show it to is impressed. I only have 3000 miles so far but there has not been so much as a rattle.
