  Ive owned three Hyundais and all have been great cars with the 06 Sonata LX following the same example as the previous Accent and Tiburon. There have been no problems with this vehicle and the dealership as usual has been great addressing any issues.

  The Hyundai Sonata is a great car to buy. The ride is smooth, the miles per gallon are great, and the space/room on the inside are uncomparable. Im a tall guy, and after sitting in both the Camry and the Sonata, the Sonata is considerably larger on the inside. The trunk is bigger as well. The Sonata comes with 6 standard airbags, while the Camry comes with only 4. The safety rating from the government rates the Sonata higher as well. Korea has really come up in the car world since 1986. My wife and I love the car and feel the safety features are uncomparable for our 3 month old son.

  This car is HOT! Totally redesigned, better engine/gas mileage and performance over previous models....Spend the extra money on the LX, there is not one feature it lacks, and this car is totally turning heads! We are the first purchaser of the LX in Western Washington, people arent sure if they are looking at a new Accord or TL. The back looks like Accord tail lights, but TL bumper/dual exhaust. We bought the dark metallic blue, with beige interior, of course with sunroof and upgraded audio......every option available for $23K, same options on Accord is $30, and $33 for TL. It drives great, is fast, has get up and go, 235 HP! It flies, is comfy, and very stylish and sporty. Get one!

  After owing Elantra for 12 years I bought NF Sonata (Korean Name) and TOTALLY LOVE IT!!! BUT!!! THERE ARE SOME FEATURE WE DONT GET HERE IN UNITED STATES!! Some features we dont get in United States but in Korea are: adjustable accelarator and brake pedal position, blue or orange speedometer (dash board) light, 5 different interior colors, standard front heated seat for all models, Naviagtion, DVD player, Cable tv system, many more...

  If you had told me even 3 years ago I would own a Hyndai, I would have said youre nuts! After doing all my research for a new car everything kept coming back to the Hyndai. The reviews, the price, the equipment, everything. Well I coundnt be happier! Got the LX with the sunroof & sound for $19.8K...Wow! Nothing on the market comes close at that price.

  This car is fun to drive, performs really well in all weather conditions (including canadian winters). Its been amazing for my family, drives, looks, and feels like a vehicle that costs 10k more!

  Love this car. Has room everywhere and all the goodies and safety features of the higher priced cars. Hyundai should receive an award for the efforts they put into this 06 Sonata. This is an import even though it is made in Alabama.

  2005 buy back for new 2006 - 2006 Hyundai Sonata

  The 2006 was a buy back from Hyundai for us from a 2005 that was in the shop more then it was on the street. The 2005 was truely in the shop constantly. With much negoitiation, the 2005 was bought back and replaced with a new 2006. The 2006 is a much better car, more room, more power and better styling. The motor is responsive on the bottom end but seems to lag a little after the initial acceleration. The only problem so far is the back power window cable broke after about a 1000 miles. No other issues so far. This is the forth Hyundai we have had over many years and the 2006 is far superior over the first one we had when Hyundai first sold in the states. That one was a real dog!

  i had a 2002 volkswagen passat prior to this sonata, this car seems far better than the passat, for thousands less.i would recommend this car to anyone.
