  CONGRATULATIONS HYUNDAI! THE PERFECT SEDAN! I think any family, bachelor, single mom, single dad, all types of buyers will appreciate the looks, value, performance, safety and warranty of the new Sonata. The quality is amazing, I look at Hyundai a lot different now!

  going on 3000 miles.i had a honda ex 6 cyl before this and this car is far superior in all areas except gas mileage. I only get 18.3 in local driving. I will have to live with that. My only other complaint is the automatic air does not come up for the first 60 to ninty seconds. It seems longer than that in the summer heat of florida. I would recomend this car to all.

  Wife loves the car - 2006 Hyundai Sonata

  After 13 years of driving Dodge Intrepids and the loaners due to service the Sonata LX is a more practicle car to own. My son is 18 and he and I share driving an Explorer Sports trac while my wife drives the car. Well, the v6 is very quick and my son has pushed the speedometer further than the law allows. We owned Hondas and Toyotas in the past, now we members of the Hyundai family. My wife has an eye towards the Azera. Very happy with our car. Its now been a month since we took delivery and couldnt be more pleased.

  The 2006 Hyundai Sonata is truly a great car. It is miles ahead of its Japanese and of course American competition in style, price, performance and warranty. I highly recommend you test drive one.

  I researched and test drove all of the 06 Sonatas competitors vehicles and it was by far the best car for the price. Good power, very comfortable leather seats, and a lot of fun to drive. This car has the look of a $30k car for $8k less.

  This v6 sonata is incredible. I tested drive Mazda6, Mits Galan and Lincoln Zypher, they all priced 6-8 K more but cant beat the sonata performance. Its so powerful and quiet and drive smooth. My kids didnt like huyndai but after they drove it, they said dad, it drive like a mercedes, a little exaggerated but they mean it was great. Thats for my wife. Thinking about buying myself an Azera. My relatives still think I am crazy buying huyndai. They can think that way but I just love huyndai.

  Tons of issues - 2006 Hyundai Sonata

  Wow! Where to start. Here is the beginning. Not even a year, air noise on the drivers side back window, oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, inside gauge for the outside air temp, engine ideling issues, brake rotors warped at 8000 miles, multi CD player sticks and wont eject, auto shut off of lights stops working from time to time, a major rattle in the dash, and not to top it off, The TRANSMISSION is having issues. The dealership is waiting for the district rep to come in. What more can I say. I got a lemon.

  Finally some competition for Toyota/Hond - 2006 Hyundai Sonata

  Bought the new sonata on 01/02/2006 after much research. Got an awesome deal and after the rebates I got the car down to under 20K. Traded a sports car with large V8 for the Hyundai, and I must say the sonata rides better, is much quieter, and is still fun to drive with alot of power. Honda and Toyota cant touch under 20K unless car is stripped. Only complaint is not radio controls on steering wheel to change station. I got the deepwater blue and with tint its a bad looking car!!!! VERY SATISFIED.

  Absolutely great car - 2006 Hyundai Sonata

  I have owned a lot of cars from a 99 Mustange Cobra to a 01 Lincoln LS V-8 and the 2006 Sonata V-6 is an awesome car! Handles great, good ride with 17" wheels/sport package, decent fuel mileage and a great looking car. When I brought the car home everybody asked what kind of a car is it. Grey interior is sharp with durable looking fabric. Instrument panel very informative and easy to read. Several of my neighbors are planning on purchasing one after driving mine. The only aftermarket item I put on the car was a rear spoiler that really set the bodystyle off. Overall the best vehicle I have owned ever.
