  I feel this car is a huge value... less money than comparable Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, Mitsubishi Galant, and Toyota Camry, but with all the size and features, plus the best warranty and safety ratings. The V4 has plenty of power with better mileage than the V6.

  I still get insulted by others making fun of my car being Hyundai. But I am quick to inform them that my own experiences and continued positive reviews make Hyundai a formidable competitor in the auto industry. Hyundai is advancing so quickly that the Sonata is already behind in relation to other Hyundais. Even still, this vehicle is similar to Honda and Toyota in every sense and surpasses Nissan and most American builders. I owned a 2002 Altima which was a nightmare. I plan to be one of the first to test drive Hyundais new Genesis sports sedan. If youre looking to save money but still want a quality, stylish, dependable vehicle. At least test drive a Sonata.

  This Sonata was the top of the Sonata line. The stock 17" low profile tires hug the road excellent on all corners encounted. The speedometer goes to 160 MPH which I do not doubt it will do since I have had it up to 120 in 4th gear before it shifted into its 5th gear. The heated leather seats are well worth the extra price if you live in a cooler climate like I do.

  I highly recomend this car. The design turns heads, the interior is spacious and comfortable, the ride is smooth and responsive. The sunroof and mproved radio option is worth the money. I traded a 2003 Snata, which was a very good car but underpowered. Miles per gallon are short of advertised. I live in Florida and the airconditioner is very important, this car has cold air even in 95 degree weather.

  what a great car! much more reasonably priced than Camry, Accord, Altima and equal options and performance. Total cost of ownership is much less considering insurance, excise tax and sales tax. People get spooked by the name, but if you just plan to drive for 100K, why buy anything else. Folks gloat about driving until 200K, but who actually does this. Couldnt be happier with Sonata.

  Had car for 6 months, never had problem, one recall for dirver seatbelt adjustment. Overall, 2006 Sonata V6 is a solid buy for me. Interior is spacious, design is fine. has really nice feeling inside. Engine is powerful, ride is quiet, acceleration is great. Gas mileage is 22-23 mixed local and high way. I saw some review saying gas mileage is bad, but, it is exactly as stated 20 local and 30 highway. Its related to driving habit. Build is not as fine tuned as Camry and Honda, but, its $4000-5000 less than Camry and Honda plus 10 year warranty. Long term reliability is unknown, but, if it meets the expectation, we can say bye bye to Japanese cars.

  I have had this car 2 years its fast and rides good not crampted have room to strech on long run. The back seat is comfortable and easy to get in and out. gas milage good if i could keep my foot out of it 24 to 27 mpg city

  I researched cars for MONTHS before I purchased this car, and read everything I could about this car for a few weeks. Other than "minor" issues, I could find no REAL negative comments about this redesigned car. Ive had it for 2 months and LOVE it!!! It looks, drives, and feels GREAT. Im proud to own it.

  I have owned this car for only 10 days so far. It has great power and decent mpg for a V6, around 25mpg all around driving. Have received lots great compliments on how nice the car is. Deepwater Blue-very sharp when cleaned up. UK licence plate on the front is all it lacks. GO CATS!
