By Charles Lincoln - December 24 - 3:00 amThis is a stellar automobile. It is just short of perfect, but then, nothing is. It has looks and power, comfort and safety. Biggest complaint: Improve the cupholders so that the driver can see and reach his readily. Keyless Go, Parkatron and GPS should be standard equipment.

By Jim Ford - December 21 - 9:23 amThe car is a joy to drive with great performance but has proven to be a little touchy with some smaller issues. We have had problems with seat belt sensors going off even when the belt is fastened. The check oil level light comes on (twice in spite of service) when the oil is fine. The air conditioning is very noisy and the dealer says that is the way it is. Engine performance and fuel economy is terrrific. At times the transmission does not shift smoothly.

No Complaints-Great Buy - 2006 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By DSR - November 25 - 12:20 pmI bought this car off Ebay from a non-MB dealer Dec 28, 2008. Car had 29K miles. Still has balance of warranty. This car has a build date of March 07. Im guessing whatever problem history the 06 E350 4matic had was cleared up by the time mine was built. Car performs well and has been reliable since day one. Paint, fit & finish is exceptional. Like the all black look. Paid less than $20K for the car because the market is in the tank and I smile every second behind the wheel knowing my brother-in-law paid more for a 06 Toyota Avalon. I kept my other car a 94 E320 that Ive had for 12 years with 100K miles because I just cant part with it. No complaints with this E350 4Matic!!

It has been back to the dealer 10 times mostly for electrical problems (oil level message, ESP/cruise failure but also incl 2 recalls). Nice ride, good fuel mi (27 hwy) and good performance but the reliability has been a nightmare. This was always my "one day Ill have a MB" - didnt do my normal comparison testing and am paying for it. If you want further quantification just check out the resale - dropped from $57k new to $37k in 14 mos!!

By Mercedes E350 4matic - September 19 - 10:46 pmThis is the second Mercedes I have owned over the past 5 years. I switched to Acura for a while. The new E350 class is spectacular with the higher horse power (268) over the old 320. I had a S class and was disappointed that they hadnt changed in the last 5 years and went for the new E this time. It is loaded with lots of toys and i highly recommend the integrated SIRIUS satellite radio. Perhaps the best features of this car have to do with how others look at you while you are driving it. I got a special paint, Bordeux Red and it is very sharp and an eye turner. Overall I am very happy with the car and enjoy driving it alot.

By Buck - September 8 - 9:06 pmJust returned from a 2,000 trip, Im a bit disappointed with the fuel mileage. Even when using every trick to coax better mileage from the car, the best I saw on the highway was 34 mpg, it was usually less than that. The fit and finish of the vehicle are excellent. Im not a big fan of the HVAC controls, the dials adjust the temp in 2 degree increments, sometimes its hard to get just the right temp. Ive seen reviews that indicate its too easy to confuse the turn signal with the cruise control stalk, and even after 3 months with the car, I still occasionally mix them up. The car is an excellent long-range cruiser, very comfortable.

By beth - May 1 - 8:03 pmI drove my E350 960 miles one way. I got 30.9 miles per gallon. It gave me the pickup I needed to pass at 60 or 70 miles per hour. This car is great. I love it and wouldnt want another car.

This car will effortlessly out accelerate many so called high performance cars to 60 mph. Very comfortable inside with all the latest gizmos. Super sound system that rocks the car. Rear sunshade is great for those tall trucks with their headlights in your rear view. Lots of storage space. Folding rear seat option is great for those trips to the hme improvement sore. Navigation system is easy to use and the voice control system is a super feature for hands off operation of the Nav, CD, pone, stellite radio, etc.

By Ron Talbot - March 10 - 8:33 amThis is my second E-model turbo diesel. I was happy with the trade on my E- 300TD. This E320 CDI exceeded my expectations for overall quality and roadability. There are a few options I feel should come with the car but all in all I feel its a 9.5.
