Overview & Reviews
After debuting last year, the Volkswagen CC sees a handful of changes for 2010. Among them are the 2.0T's adoption of VW's six-speed automated-clutch DSG transmission (it replaces last year's conventional six-speed automatic), newly standard Bluetooth, a new touchscreen-operated audio system, new wood accents for the VR6 and new rear badging that shows "CC" and indicates the trim level.
- Peppy and fuel-efficient base turbo engine, powerful optional V6, balanced ride and handling, well-equipped, stylish inside and out, available all-wheel drive on VR6 model.

2 Month Follow Up - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By Wheels8716 - September 15 - 5:16 amIve had the CC for a couple of months now. The DSG transmission is great on country roads or highways with its quick up & down shifts. However - I would call it anything but smooth in the city. Jerky stops & starts, sometimes wont shift into 1st at a stop sign. This makes it lethargic once you get back on the gas and the cars in 2nd gear. Quick stops are sometimes scary. The transmission will give you a bit of engine braking, but then shift into a lower gear making it hard to judge how much force you should have on the brake pedal. Its a bit of a nuisance, but you learn to live with it.

Love it! - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By Simi Valley - June 5 - 10:26 amAfter looking at several different cars over the past year, I finally decided to get the CC. For the price, this is absolutely the best car. Definitely feels like I should have paid more for what I got. Interior is very nice, and the same goes for the exterior. Surprisingly good gas mileage, as long as you dont have a lead foot. Sport mode is very responsive when driving through the canyons, and the handling is excellent. Go out and test drive this car!

So far so good.. - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By W.Ryan - April 14 - 10:00 amIts good to be driving German again. The CC is comfortable, well behaved on the road, and quiet inside the cabin. Seats are very comfortable, and so are the rest of the creature comforts, I just wish it came with Nav standard. Ive been wanting the CC since it first came out, and now I have one! Everyone stops and stares at it. The exterior is very unique, sleek, and beautiful.

Good to be back! - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By William - March 1 - 10:00 amIve owned several VWs in the past, none ever gave me any extreme issues. Gave Dodge a chance, good cars, just not for me. Had a 2008 Honda Accord that was absolutely great, reliable, fuel efficient, and loaded to the gills with features, and convenience. Having said that, I traded it in yesterday for the CC! Man, what a difference!! 1. Interior is gorgeous in the CC 2. Radio touchscreen, Bluetooth, are top notch. 3. No 5th seat! 4. QUIET INSIDE! The Honda, let the world inside of it with noise. 5. Handling, refinement, and quality is very good.

Favorite Car Ive Ever Owned! - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By uhlie - February 23 - 7:20 amI bought this car two weeks ago and I still look for reasons to go for a drive. I really do believe that it is the best car for the money. I did extensive research and test drove a Subaru Legacy, Ford Fusion and a Nissan Altima. The Volkswagen kept calling me back. It looks great and is simply fun to drive. Tons of power, good gas mileage (I get about 32 mpg on the highway and 27 mpg overall) plenty of room, and an unbelievable list of options even on the base car. As long as you can live with only fitting two in the back seat, Id definitely recommend it.

The absolute worst car I have owned since.... - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By Bryan now hates VW - January 19 - 7:19 amThis is the worst car I have owned since I only had $1700 and I was 17. Broke down like clock work every 3k miles. New transmission, new fuel injectors, supposed "corrosion build up" that I paid for after 50k miles because the right brands of gasoline werent used...I used the "recommended Top Tier" gasolines per VW. Had to have the whole radio replaced, no bluetooth compatibility, then my car broke down again, then again....then after it broke down again, another fuel injector went out. I was "afforded" a 2014 TDI Passat to drive while under repair. All the electronics we screwed up on it so I couldnt use navigation...due to a yet to arrive "software update" Next, I had a turbo Beetle, the "sport gauges" failed, including turbo pressure and oil temperature at regular intervals, a driving light was already out...all at 8k miles. My advice....STAY AWAY from VW. Absolutely the worst car company I know. I would rather drive a Chevy Cruze than these pieces of ....

Cheap Light Bulbs - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By CCgirl - July 10 - 4:33 amIm also having issues with the tail lights, like someone else who has talked about it in his/her review. My car is now 6 months old, has 6000 miles on it, and Ive had to get three tail light bulbs replaced. They keep going out one by one. Its a waste of time having to go to a dealership frequently to get them replaced. I still love the way this car looks, but Im disappointed with its quality and performance. Road noise, wind noise, bumpy ride on potholes is all too annoying.

Amazing Car for the Money!!! - 2010 Volkswagen CC
By WGR - May 2 - 7:16 amI bought the car today, and I am thrilled! The seats hug you, the stereo is great and the style is second to none. Why buy a boring Accord, Camry or other when you can have style!!! live now!
