Nissan adds a roadster to the 350Z lineup. Available in Enthusiast and Touring variants, the 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster offers the same performance and handling as the Z coupe but with the added fun of top-down driving. In other news, satellite radio (either XM or Sirius) is a new option this year for the Touring version of the coupe.

• Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.

• Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

  Fun, sporty, comfortable, fuel efficient and very fast. At 130 mph shifting lanes is smooth and stable. At 150 mph the road appeared glassy and this driver didnt let the car wind out- - as there still seemed to be something left! This car is absolutely incredible! Great bucket seats form to the back for maximum comfort. The 6 speed shifter is a short-throw for quick and smooth shifting. And this car turns heads! I get thumbs up from all ages. A highway patrolman even gave me a thumbs up! This is and will remain a classic two-seater.

  This is my second Nissan 350Z. It is an awesome car. In it you feel like you own the road. You are truly in sync with your car behind the wheel. When not driving it, you cant wait to get int! It is a sexy car, and it gets lots of looks. Having a bad day? Job driving you crazy? Mad at your spouse? Kids making you pull your hair out?... no problem just go and drive your Z. Gas mileage for me? 23.8 mpg city. On a trip 32 mpg. Not bad for the thrill a Z can give you.

  Love the car, love the design, love the power, love the attention it gets. The exhaust sounds wonderful and I love the Bose.

  I love this car! Fun to drive, excellent braking, suspension, steering. The short shifter is in a perfect spot, along with all the other gauges

  Plain and simple, its worth every penny. You will have to pay a little more than MSRP, but again its still will be less than anything comparable.

  Unbelievable car! I get compliments almost daily. Although, Nissan could have made it a bit faster from stock, it still is fun to drive and one of the best looking cars on the market. Though dont get me wrong, the car is quick. I raced my stock 2004 350z against a 2002 Corvette C5 two weeks ago and he only had half a car length on me every race. I wonder what it will do when I get done modifying it???

  This car operates like a dream, there is no better feeling then punching the gas pedal and seeing the speed jump, as you feel yourself being pushed into your seat by the G-forces. Handleing curves is fun, this is one car you have to take on a road trip....just do not pack to much, it will never fit. Also the rear view once you get used to it, and adjust it in just the right spot, you find you have full visibility, but is seems very discerning at first.

  Just purchased a 2004 cherry red 350z with black drop top and black leather w/only 19000 miles...Ive read the other reviews and agree that it is such an enjoyable ride that you will find any excuse to drive it...and it is a head turner. This is like heaven on the eyes. I would put the design of this roadster up with any other sports car at any price...its just that beautiful!
