Overview & Reviews
Nissan adds a roadster to the 350Z lineup. Available in Enthusiast and Touring variants, the 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster offers the same performance and handling as the Z coupe but with the added fun of top-down driving. In other news, satellite radio (either XM or Sirius) is a new option this year for the Touring version of the coupe.
- Smooth and powerful V6 engine, excellent handling, available drop-top version, a bargain compared to anything that can run with it.
- Rough ride on Track model, some low-grade interior materials, lack of luggage space, poor rearward visibility.

Good all around value for a sports car - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Wlittleman - October 4 - 2:00 amThe engine is strong, exhaust note is intoxicating, steering response is immediate, suspension is tight, noise level is a bit high. Visibility out back is downright HORRIBLE. I had my 6 speed manual transmission replaced at 4000 miles, and I dont think the noises from the tranny are completely gone yet; not confidence inspiring at all. Secondly, Many 2003 and 2004 Z exhibit unusual front tire wear in a cupped fashion at exterior shoulder blocks. Dont buy a Z until Nissan fixes this problems (they havent). Save yourself a huge headache! If I had to do it again, Id buy the car next year 2005 when they get the bugs ironed out.

Little old ladys Z - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Patti - March 2 - 2:30 pmI love my Z and people thinks it funny because I am 60 years young. Have to replace tires after 33,000 miles and cant rotate. Still tho car is a head turner or is it because granny is driving one and not them..Had BMW Zs but this car is much more fun to drive.

My First convertible ! - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By Mike - December 23 - 2:56 amI did alot of research on this vehicle before purchasing my 350ZR Touring. I really love this car, it fun to drive and cause a stir of excitement wherever I go. It has a solid frame and its well built. Nisann needs to market this car better, they still consider the Maxima their flagship.... This is my daily drive vehicle and I ejoy being behind the wheel with the top down, no better way to enjoy an afternoon drive.

my Z experience - 2004 Nissan 350Z
By michael youngbear - October 29 - 4:23 pmI really like driving this car, everyday I get in the driverseat and go! It feels like driving a jet to me and the inertia (drifting) driving is my favorite thing about it. The feeling of not being in control but being in control get the passengers a pulse driving ride (pros only)! And I feel safe while driving it because the car just hugs whoever is inside and it also hugs the road just as good! i hope this review gives you potential Z car buyers no regrets.
