Overview & Reviews
The number of available configurations has been significantly reduced for the 2010 Nissan Pathfinder. The SE Off Road trim bites the dust, while options packages have been reorganized.
- Plenty of power from V6 and V8 engines, attractive cabin with good ergonomics, generous storage room, strong towing ability.
- Guzzles gas, cramped second- and third-row seats, less cargo space than large crossovers, feels truckish to drive.

My 3rd one - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By TPARKER - February 14 - 7:16 amJust paid off and traded in my 2005 Pathfinder with 116,000 miles and got the same model. Had no problems with it and the previous 2001 at 130,000 miles. My wife loves the new one, because of the interior comfort and new techno updates such as "keyless". The Pathfinder does not get the best milage, but I average 19 to 20 MPG with 70% freeway driving. Plenty of room for 4 passengers and all their suitcases and laptops. Doubles as an excellent vehicle for my outdoor pursuits. It is not a race car and driven sensibly it tracks on snow and ice like a champ with the auto. Excellent amenities compared to competition, which I always look at and then go back to Pathfinder.

Great SUV - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By Roadking - November 2 - 11:46 amExcellent build quality, looks and motor. Could use a telescopic wheel and a bit more 2d row leg room. Gas mileage is good for an SUV of this size. Like the way it handles compared to other SUVs. The "S" model comes with a lot of features for the money. Better than the Explorer I owned and others I looked at (Pilot, 4Runner and Trailblazer).

2010 nissan pathfinder - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By Hockeymom - August 19 - 12:20 amLove the pathfinder. Have had it for 7 months. We traded in a toyota sienna, when looking for a new car, realized that we still needed the third row on occasion. I was surprised at how smooth the ride is. Not at all what I had expected. The only downsize is gas mileage. Around town get only 16 - 17 miles per gallon. On the positive side, took it up skiing and managed to get 22-23 miles per gallon.

Steady and Reliable - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By newro - January 3 - 8:17 amMy third one, had an 05, an 07 and now a 10. Love the Pathfinders. I have an LE this time so a little more plush inside. I am a contractor and use this for work so carry lots of tools and materials, no problem carrying the load. When it clean up it cleans up good. Gas mileage isnt great but other than that I can honestly say non of the Pathfinders that I have owned have ever let me down. Excellent build quality and would highly recommend.

Be carefull - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By Mario - November 25 - 11:33 amWatch out when buying Nissan. They are known for the "check engine soon" light coming on - this will cost you at least $550.

Good at the price - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By bluevista - August 12 - 5:43 amThe PF is truck-based SUV with off-road capability. This is the main reason I bought it. It also saved me thousands of dollars compared with its competitors. I like the 4WD function, DVD, rapid acceleration(0-60mph, 7.4 seconds), and third row seats for children. It is a good SUV at its price.

Great SUV - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By alex - August 6 - 9:13 pmWe traded in our 2006 3.5L V6 Nissan Altima, and decided to stay will Nissan as our Altima gave us no problems. So we went to our local dealer and they said that they didnt have any Pathfinders in our color or trim level (SE). So we placed a deposit and the next day we got our Pathfinder. I have to admit, I love this SUV, we took the car on an 800 Mile road trip, the day after we got it. The car drove smoothly and was extremely quiet. Fuel economy is not great, however we are getting more than the EPA estimate. The SUV is great but there are some quality issues with this SUV. The materials feel and look cheap and the dashboard panels are misaligned. Other than that, We love our Pathfinder!

Nissan 2010 - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By Vicky Amburgey - August 22 - 9:56 amI love my new Nissan Pathfinder. We drove 6 different 4 wheel vehicles, before deciding on the Pathfinder, It is the first Nissan I have ever owned. It handles great, smooth ride for an SUV. Lots of leg room and great comfort. Beautiful slate gray color. I also appreciate the resale value of the Nissan.

2010 Pathfinder - 2010 Nissan Pathfinder
By mandylouwho - June 3 - 3:03 pmI bought my Pathfinder after buying an Xterra that I wasnt happy with. The Pathfinder has none of that plastic trim around the bumbers. It has a wondeful amount of space. The gas mileage is not the best but that is to be expected from an SUV of this size. The third row seating easily folds down into the floor. The interior dashboard (radio area )is somewhat plain and could use some updating and sprucing up a bit.
