My 550 4 Matic - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By Kel - November 18 - 7:51 amThis is the first Mercedes Ive owned. It is a really nice car. However, if you are looking for a smoother ride, you may want to consider a Lexus. Dont get me wrong it does ride nice in terms of minimal road noise, great sound system and solid handling feel, but It is a little firm. All in all it is a really nice vehicle. Word of caution if you are not going to keep it for an extended period of time (5 years of more) then buy it CPO/Used because the depreciation on this car will shock you! Originally purchased it 18 months ago for 78k (loaded), and today it is only worth 44K!!! I know it shocked me too. 34K drop in only a year and a half! So.... But you wont be disappointed with the vehicle. It is a dream to drive. Good luck!

4 cylinder luxury vehicle - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By MTCS - February 25 - 12:33 amThe 2014 E250 Bluetec 4matic has a vibration at higher speeds that sometimes goes away once the car finds the right gear. I have 700 miles and the computer on the dash says I am getting 34.5mpg. The car gets over 40 mpg on the highway easily. I bought the2014 E250 Bluetec for the fuel efficiency, the longevity, and it is the only E class they had that still has the 3 point star on the hood. I have read all the horror stories about Mercedes Benz but at 700 miles I have not had a single problem. I think I will keep this one for a long time.

Love this vehicle - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By GDH - February 18 - 6:20 amThe 2014 model is a big improvement over the 2013 model. After experiencing the upgraded headlight system, I highly recommend spending extra for it. It is so well done that MB carried it forward several model years without making any changes. Over all I am pleased with the purchase. I think the solid quality feel of driving this model will confirm the choice for 100% of drivers.

Opinion not changed on MB reputation - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By rockinrn - October 5 - 11:23 amFinally traded the E350 in on a 2016 C class sedan 4 matic. Better built more comfortable than the E 350. Car still exhibits a lot of road noise which I think is caused by the run flat tires. It doesnt seem like Mercedes is making quiet vehicles like they used to. This is a follow up review to my previous E350 review. I just took the car on a short trip to Sedona Arizona and I have to say that the road noise in the cabin was considerable. Over moderately coarse pavement the tires roared so much it gave me a headache. I am very disappointed in the amount of road noise that exists in $60,000 automobile with only 7,500 miles on it. I dont think Mercedes Benz products are what they used to be. Buyer beware. Opinion not changed. Road noise is still excessive. The front seats are uncomfortable. More rattles have developed. The front bumper and the attached chrome wing at the bottom are very susceptible to rock chips. Also, the interior high gloss black ash wood trim may as well be plastic it is so full of scratches and swirls and I am extremely carefull to wipe fingerprints off with a very soft cloth. I cant wait to get rid of this vehicle; however, E350s have not held their value and I am considerably underwater. Again, buyer beware!

Great car with some minor setbacks - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By joe41296 - May 19 - 8:45 amI love the look of the car, the more aggressive grille that comes with the 550 and the performance is exquisite. The 402 horsepower and 443 lb/ft of torque usually puts me at 60 in about 4.6 seconds. The car has a great ride quality and when in sport mode really feels like a Drivers car." When Driving the car there is a noticeable rattle the comes from the A pillar and is present even on fairly smooth roads. Convertibles are more prone to these types of issues however when driving a BMW 650i convertible this rattling was not present. Furthermore, there is a slight squeaking noise that seems to originate from the front axle or suspension and just occurs now and again and then goes away.

My 2014 E350 Coupe - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By Robert - May 17 - 7:14 amThis is my first Mercedes and I couldnt be happier! I purchased it CPO with 30K miles on it and it drives and looks like a brand new car. My E350 coupe is white with tan leather interior, the 2014s have the refreshed look so it looks like the newer models. The build and drive are simply exceptional. This car still looks like a $65,000.00 dollar although I paid 1/2 the price. I have owned it for about 2 months and I still smile every time I get behind the wheel, it corners very well and has really good pick-up but its more of a grand touring car with a ton of luxury features. If you are looking for a reliable, great looking and fun to drive coupe, the 2014 E350 should be on your short list....FYI; getting it 3 years old with about 30K miles on it will also save you about 50% off MSRP. I loveeeeeee my E350 coupe and I love every aspect of this car, I have zero concerns.
