Model Overview:

Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.

Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

  • AWESOME DEPENDABLE CAR!!! - 1998 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I personally have had my 1998 Corolla for over a year and I love it. Nothing has gone wrong on it other than a minor exhaust leak. I recommend this car for sure. It has always started during the freezing Canadian weather, and never let me down. Never broken down! it currently has 251 kms on it and is still going strong. 5 stars I would rate this car.

  • Great gas mileage - 2007 Toyota Corolla

This is a great car - if you want a reliable car that gets great gas mileage this is it - I do not understand why Toyota produced a later model Corolla that does not get as good as gas mileage as the earlier models.

  • DRIVE IN STYLE - 2003 Toyota Corolla

I do plenty of highway driving to and from work so I needed a car with GREAT gas mileage. This car (Corolla CE w/auto transmission)has been quite satisfying. I recently got 511 miles on a tank full of gas all highway!!! The car rides quiet and a great sounding cd player also.I sometimes forget when I get gas. I would recommend this car to anyone.I also use synthetic motor oil for better performance.

  • Do Not Waste Your Money!!! - 2003 Toyota Corolla

Worst car I ever bought. Impossible to get comfortable in drivers seat. Front end still makes noise even after parts from factory re-call were replaced. Dash rattles. Acceleration is pathetic. Takes 3 or 4 attempts to get car into reverse. Feels like grinding gears even with the clutch pegged to the floor. If you live in Tucson do not buy from Precision Toyota. You become a complete inconvience to them after the sale. Trust me, you get better customer service from McDonalds! On the highway, no stability, any slight wind tries to push the car off the road. The car sits as high off the ground as a two-wheel drive truck. I will be trading in this car ASAFP!

  • Good Commuter Car - 2003 Toyota Corolla

Im not a Toyota person at all but family members of mine own it & i drive it all the time. It gets excellent gas mileage and is very reliable. The ride is smooth and fun, it would make a good car to learn to drive in. The design is bland (as are all toyotas) but the interior quality is top-notch and after 6 years its in amazing shape inside and out. The inside is also roomy and comfortable but there arent many cup holders. But overall, I think it;s a great car for the money and would recommend it for someone who just needs a cheap, reliable car to get from point A to B.

  • Shes pretty! - 2007 Toyota Corolla

I LOVE my car!! It drives super nice and so smooth! However, there are a couple things that Im not necessarily fond of - the radio seems like its on the other side of the car lol and I think the back seat is a little small. But other than that I really dont have anything bad to say about this car. Its super cute and I love it!!! :D

  • OK Car, but wouldnt buy another one - 2011 Toyota Corolla
    By -

I bought this car used with 18000 miles on it a little over a year ago. I drive 18 miles to work each day about 3/4 of them are interstate and highway with some decent sized hills. I average about 30 mpg. Which Ive very happy with, actually the mpg is the only thing I really like about the car. I live where it snows and the headlights are always dirty making seeing hard. I have to clean them almost daily when the roads are wet. Ive never had to do that with any other vehicle. The cabin is very noisy and it doesnt handle very well on snow and in slush (Im very experience in driving in it too). There are two very small spots on the trunk that are rusting. Ive never had this on a car befo

  • I love it, my first new car - 2005 Toyota Corolla

Just bought my Rolla S back in June. I figured I would wait a while before writing the review about. I drove all the types of the 05 Civic, Sentra, Corolla, Focus, Mazda 3. It was between the Sentra and the Corolla. Well I went with the Corolla since it was a better value. Toyotas are good for keeping their value and the last forever unlike some Nissans I know, I had two of them so I know. But I love the car, and Im glad I went with it. I absoulty Love this car. I would recommend it to anyone.

  • WOW! - 2007 Toyota Corolla

I just bought my Corolla and this car is EXCELLENT! Peppy, fun, handles extremely well. I feel Ive got a top quality car! Cant wait to see the gas mileage after my first fill-up. Compared to other models in its class, this car is still top notch and sets the standard. I urge everyone to test drive one, then buy it!

  • Number one Toyota-san - 2005 Toyota Corolla

An all around solid commuter car that mirrors a Lexus for build quality and soundness of design. This car is very smooth on takeoff thanks to its japanese designed 4 banger motor. The japanese designed 4 speed automatic shifts smoothly. The radio is intuitive as are the HVAC controls. Fold down rear seats allow for longer items to be carried in trunk. Fuel economy on a not-yet-broken-in car is astounding at 31 MPG in city driving.
