Model Overview:

Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.

Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

  • New to Corolla - 2009 Toyota Corolla

If you want to save on gas but still want to buy something thats has some style to it, this is your car. I loved the redesigned look of the latest Camry when it out, and this new 2009 corolla is like a smaller version of the Camry. The exterior of the S model is beautiful in person, most pictures dont do it justice I think. The interior is nice and there is plenty of room for a family of five. Myself, my wife and our 3 girls (one who is still in a safety-seat). The JBL stereo upgrade is well worth it, it sounds great with plenty of deep bass, and the added Bluetooth support that comes with it is a God sent. We are so glad we chose the Corolla, it fits us just fine!

I just purchased this car after doing extensive research! I LOVE THIS CAR! I bought a 2003 Corolla S in 2003, and when I found out that they were coming out with the XRS for 2005 I had to have it! Well needless to say after waiting for months for my car to arrive (I ordered it in March)I finally took possesion of my vehicle 2 weeks ago, and I have not 1 bad thing to say! It was well worth the money, and I look forward to seeing what they come up with next!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this car an 11! Good job Toyota!

With gas prices soaring , this car is ur best bet. I get 41 mpg since I drive at 60-65mph speed. If u drive faster the mpg drps to 38 which is still good. Overall the car is best value for money.A very reliable car.

  • Happier every day with my purchase! - 2003 Toyota Corolla

This car has been great to own so far. It has plenty of room and is very comfortable. I am averaging about 37 mpg and am waiting to see how it does on an extended trip. It seems like a scaled down camry and i have no complaints so far. I expect to feel the same at 120K miles...!

I bought this car with 97,000 miles in 2008 from a certified dealer. This is my 3rd Corolla. The Gas Mileage on the street is 30-33 mpg, only when I drive between 35mpg and 42mph. The cars elevated height has a PRO & CON. CON: when backing up (or making a turn at a low curb) it becomes difficult hard to judge the distance of the car behind me, or the curb below. PRO: rocks, curbs and parking blocks wont scratch the bumper, or my under-siding at all. The Seats are comfortable enough for a little car. And at 57, I can sleep in it, for a few hours, reclined. The sun visor hits the rear-view mirror. I change my oil before 3,000 miles. And I change Trans fluid once a year. No repairs so far.

  • I love my car! - 2010 Toyota Corolla

This car is the best one Ive ever had. Its built nice and it looks nice. This car drives smoothly and its way to good on gas. I had an 1997 mazda protege and if you know that car its a lot smaller than the toyota i have now, but that car spent double on gas than what my Toyota Corolla 2010 does and the miles i put is what i have driven so far in 6 months. Oh and at stadium Toyota they treat you so great even after you have already purchased the car.

A mini Camry. Not a whole lot of power but on the highway can scoot. A higher (seat position)and smoother ride than older Corollas.(Used to feel just about every pebble and crack)But not with car. A solidly built car that is gas conscious. I can park just about anywhere.Fun to drive.I LOVE this car.

  • Honda lost a sale - 2014 Toyota Corolla

I was going to buy a Honda Civic but then I changed my mind because the red color is only available with a disgusting beige interior, the seats reminded me of my grandfathers TV couch. So I bought a Corolla S-Plus with the convenience package. I just returned from a 700 mile test drive to Los Angeles. What I can say is that I am less tired now compared to the same trip in other vehicles. Driving at speeds of up to 80 mp/h feels like driving 60 in other vehicles. The noise level is low, the suspension and steering are excellent, the climate control is very user friendly.

  • Better cars available than the Corolla - 2010 Toyota Corolla

Toyota of Dallas has great Customer Relations, Service, and New Car Sales. Im satisfied with them. I am not satisfied with this car. My commute is 6 miles local one-way. I average 22-23 mpg. The steering is stiff, there is a huge driver side blind spot, tire noise is very noticeable, the ABS engages even at low speeds and makes a whirring sound. Cornering and braking doesnt inspire confidence. Acceleration is jerky. Interior is cheap quality with lots of plastic. Look at the flimsy rear cup holders! I wish the headrests and armrests were softer. Lastly my change holder broke already after two months and I didnt use it once. I like the mud flaps, rear bumper protector, cargo net and tray.
