Model Overview:

Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.

Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

  • Built exclusively for short people! Worthless for average male. - 2015 Toyota Corolla

You would think by now car manufacturers would know how to build a car to fit a body. Im a tad under 5 11 inches. My head hits the ceiling and you cant see crap out of the windshield. You will need to cut a hole in the roof if you plan on being able to see a traffic light. This bit of engineering stupidity ruins all of Toyotas hard work build a great brand and car. I have had many Corollas and expected to love this car. Unbelievable Toyota! Hello Nissan

This is by far the best, most reliable car Ive ever owned. Bought it in 2000 with just 27,000 miles. Now at 248,000. Have only replaced brakes and an AC condenser. Still gets 36-39 mpg on highway. Great in winter with quality directional snows all around. Expect to get at least 350,000 out of this one!

Traded in my Chrysler Cirrus and I loved that car. Didnt take long to love the Corolla. Ride not as smooth at the Cirrus and some of the luxury features are not there...but the other things have made up for it. MPG, temperature gauge and I like the simplicity of the inside controls. I am glad I bought it and have no regrets so far. I only have 108 miles on it!

  • Good price- Good return - 2007 Toyota Corolla

Thought I would buy a Honda Civic but dealers were not anxious to negotiate price- Toyota dealers were able and willing to hammer out the best price and I suggest working 3 dealers against each other. First full tank of gas produced 32MPG which is great- Speaker system (6 speakers) is incredible. Great price- Great value

Its been almost 1 year since purchasing my 01 LE - what a wonderful little car - there have been no rattles, squeaks or any other unwanted noises, and no recalls! the gas mileage is great, I get between 31-33 MPG in the city with the 4 speed auto, the ride is smooth and quiet - everything works great - the car starts the first time every time and I have no regrets about chosing the Corolla over the Focus, Civic, Sentra, Beetle and Protege - which are the other cars I had looked at.

I know that everyone should maintain their car. Well, I havent. My Toyota Corolla is at 145,000 miles and I have not once had it serviced. Very bad of me, but my Toyota has not failed me once. It is great on gas, and never breaks down. I have had some trouble with the doors and hood opening mechanisms, but after 7 years, SOMETHING should break down, right? I am a huge fan of Toyota. I have owned Volkswagon, Ford, and Dodge vehicles, all of which gave me problems. My next car will be a Toyota (if ever I need one!).
