Overview & Reviews
Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.
Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

My new Corolla - 2017 Toyota Corolla
By Arthur Dobrin - September 29 - 8:42 pmReally happy with my new Corolla. I replaced my 10 year-old Matrix with this fully-loaded version. So far Im more than happy. If it serves me as well as did my Matrix, I couldnt recommend it too highly.

Great Ride Great Price - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By mpsmith80 - September 23 - 5:20 amThis car is great. For the lower end LE Model it has a tone of features. It Comes with cruise, traction control, Heated mirrors, 4 speed automatic, Tells you how may miles to an empty tank. For 16,000 I am incredibly happy with what I got. Its a Toyota and it will last forever. The only complaint is the gas mileage. For a smaller car it gets 24 city and 34 hwy. With a small engine and compact size I would expect better.

Corolla number 4 for me! - 2004 Toyota Corolla
By Goatboy - September 21 - 10:00 amMy first Corolla was a 1978 with air conditioning and an automatic tranny. That was about it. My girlfriend/wife had a 1983, and replaced it with a 1990. We just bought a 2004, and can only say that Corollas get better and better every year. Even though we couldve gotten a loaded Camry, the Corolla S was more fun to drive, holds its corners, cost 1/3 less and still gets like 40 MPG highway. I was sold!

Karis review - 2004 Toyota Corolla
By Kari - September 18 - 7:43 amMy previous car was a 2001 Chevy Blazer that had 24,000 miles upon purchase and had nothing but electrical problems, I traded it in at 36,000 mi, it was junk. In Dec 2003 I bought my 04 Corolla, it now has 70,000 miles and its been very reliable. The only downfall is that Ive had numerous moonroof problems. I have also noticed over the past few months that the alternator belt is starting to squeak, but that is just normal wear and tear to the belt. It will have to have a new belt one of these days, but big deal its only about $15.00 at AutoZone. Most my driving is highway and I notice that its not very well in windy conditions, but slow down and stay in right lane and youll be okay

Great compact car - 2006 Toyota Corolla
By Kathleen36 - September 15 - 5:50 pmDrives very smooth and after 6000 rpms speeds up quite a bit. Its easy to park and has a nice interior for a cheaper compact car. Overall, I love driving it and havent had a single problem so far!

Great car! - 2006 Toyota Corolla
By Mike - September 9 - 4:23 amBought new Oct 2006. Now have 13,500 miles on it. Zero problems. Extremely quiet, very little motor or wind noise. So quiet you tend to speed. Great, honest gas mileage. Freeway at 75 mph I get 34 - 36. Combined city and highway at lower speeds I get 36 - 38. Comfortable seating but "wings" on drivers seat dig into my back; could be softer. Steering wheel too far away!! Im 62" and have my seat pushed back. Good ride, especially on highway. My only complaint is that the Bridgestone tires are very noisy on coarse pavement. Big trunk, roomy backseat for a small car. The LE is nicely appointed, a mini "luxury" car. Its a great car for the money.

Very Nice for the money! - 2004 Toyota Corolla
By Valley Gifts - September 9 - 2:00 amJust got this car, and it is has been a very pleasant surprise so far! I only wish that cruise and power windows were standard, but otherwise very good quality for the money.
