Overview & Reviews
Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.
Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

very worst MP3 audio system - 2015 Toyota Corolla
By Vijayan Thanasekaran - December 21 - 6:08 pmMP3 Music playing system from CD and USB are totally crap in Toyota music system (Entune). it is required all MP3 Song files need to be copied to single folder. it is not moving to next folder or album if it has multiple folder. It is total disappointment to me to move from Corolla 2009 to Corolla 1015. dont buy without checking this functionality.

I love Lola! - 2003 Toyota Corolla
By Katherine - December 18 - 6:46 pmLola, my Corolla, has been an awesome car. No maintenance issues at all. I drive her 60+ miles per day and only fill up every 5 days. Glad I went for the LE, it feels like a much fancier car than I paid for! Plenty of room for passengers and cargo. Love the dashboard look, too. And its got plenty of get up and go for my needs so far.

Excellent Economy Vehicle - 2008 Toyota Corolla
By BZ - December 17 - 6:26 pmI currently have a 2007 Toyota RAV4 Limited and wanted an alternate vehicle in order to minimize the number of miles on the RAV, and also to commute with better MPG. I picked up the 2008 Corolla in the LE edition, with faux wood trim, multi-CD changer, rearview mirror interior lights et al. I have rented this vehicle on extended prior occasions. The 2008 automatic gets BETTER MPG than the 2010 auto, has a more logically-planned interior with more storage points, and seats with better lateral support. The interior is quiet, the ride comfortable, view excellent out all windows (as opposed to the 2010 Corolla with its high waist). For a "commuter appliance" you pretty much cant do better.

By Somzavox - December 17 - 10:00 amI love my car! It is my first new car, and it is great! It has tons of room inside (enough to fit 6 people...if they squeeze in the back!) It rides smooth and is the cutest car ever!

1500 mile check-up - 2003 Toyota Corolla
By mgriffie98 - December 17 - 10:00 amJust had my first 1500 mile oil change. Love the car so far. Milage is low yet for every day driving, 28 mpg. The only thing I hate is the steering wheel is to far away and the arm rest is too short. Im 61"

Convenient - 2015 Toyota Corolla
By ebz123 - December 16 - 5:05 pmIve had this car for a couple months now and am pleased with what it is giving me. Great value in terms of design style and fuel efficiency + performance option in S model. This thing has a small engine so it will never feel truly sporty but I have an S model and when in Sport mode, the engine is trained to rev RPM high between gears when hitting the gas instead of holding down RPM as in economy mode (defaults to economy). So far Ive yet to reset the gauge tracking fuel economy and over the first 2,200 miles, I have achieved a little over 29 MPG doing mainly city driving here in Miami where traffic can be a real pain (takes 25-30 minutes at times to travel 6-7 miles).

Four door rocket - 2005 Toyota Corolla
By C4Man - December 16 - 3:00 pmWhat can I say, WOW! Id been researching this car for about two or three months before I finally purchased one. Took a couple weeks to find the one with the options and color I wanted, but Im glad I found it. Love this car. Fast and fun to drive. Six speed is velvet smooth and the 2zz engine provides seemless, smooth power delivery. Ive driven many cars this size and few come close to the combination of value and performance this car offers.

The car I need - Not want - 2011 Toyota Corolla
By papertrumpet - December 16 - 8:23 amHaving driven a 2000 Solara for 11 years, I got this 2011 Corolla S in October 2011. I went cheap and got what I paid for. While the S is the best looking Corolla for 11 it lives up completely to the reviews of underpowered, uninspiring, unimpressive road experience. It might be solid and reliable, but I yawn all the way to work and back.

Burns Oil - 2002 Toyota Corolla
By bst - December 13 - 5:40 pmThis was my second Corolla and I was quite disappointed with this. My 1988 was great, had it for 243,000 miles, very few problems apart from just taking care of an older car. This one was a different story. First, made a mistake by getting the CE, things like the backseat not folding down made this a car that was of little use for things like biking, hauling, etc. But mostly, around mileage 30,000 the car has been burning oil quickly, requiring 2-3 qts of oil to be put in on any long road trip, sometimes more than once. Now, the engine has sludge in it that is not covered by the extended warranty, making this car a lemon while still under warranty. Disappointed in the car and company.
