Overview & Reviews
Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.
Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

Sugar, Spice, & Everything Nice! - 2003 Toyota Corolla
By A.Y. - February 2 - 12:20 amMy experience with the Toyota Corolla has been wonderful. I love the comfort level, it is a smooth ride. The best fuel economy out of all cars that I have ever had (I have had 4 cars including this one.)! I love the interior room. The wood paneling is okay... it looks real, but when I purchased it I thought it looked a little cheesy, but I dont pay attention to it anymore. Overall, I love this car! I wish the extras were standards. I have the moonroof which helps circulate the air when I am not using the A/C. Lots of storage. Great cupholders in front and back. Love the trunk. Plenty of space in the trunk. I love the design of this car. It handles nicely around curves, and slopes

Toyota Carolla - 2012 Toyota Corolla
By chris313 - February 1 - 11:34 amThis is our 4th Carolla and 6th toyota product. The new Carolla is missing some options previously (automatic lights, cruze control) standard. Our new Toyota does not seem to be as zippy as our 2006 carolla. The fit and finish seems to be better & the ride is less noisy and smoother. We have always had great luck with reliability (none of our toyotas required repairs, just oil changes) & I am sure this new purchase will be the same. While I am sure the Impreza, Mazda 3, Ford focus & Chevy Cruze may be zippier and offer more options it is hard for me to give up the feeling that I have a reliable vehicle that will last for years to come. Gave our last toyota to a 17 year old family member.

First Corolla and Lovin it! - 2009 Toyota Corolla
By DD974 - January 28 - 3:10 pmHave around 900 miles on my new S and have to say am pleased with my second ever Toyota (first was a 2000 Tundra). I traded a 2004 Jeep Liberty that only got 15 mpg. Performance of the 1.8L is snappy and it sips the 89 octane, which is the real reason I bought it.

corolla LE 2014 CVT - 2014 Toyota Corolla
By vovcha - January 22 - 2:23 amIt is my first car with CVT automatic trans. and It took me time to get used to it...it is very slow on a startup and on response to acceleration. This model is a basic car which will get you from point A to point B without a problem. Comfortable to drive, we love interior, including a standard blue-tooth and cruise control. I installed remote starter which saves a lot of hustle in a cold winter day. On the 2014 and up models, you have to live a key with the module in a dash board, this is a big drawback. The engine is underpowered and thats the reason for O.K. fuel consumption, not an excellent.

Good car, while I had it - 2002 Toyota Corolla
By silversword - January 22 - 2:00 amWas a great little car, got a S fully decked out, was a great little car, with good pickup and a nice ride. Sound was great in that car, wish the tape player had a reverse direction button. Highly recommended for a nice econo car. Pay a little extra for the nice S features, and you look good doing it!

Traded Civic for New Corolla - 2003 Toyota Corolla
By WCT - January 22 - 2:00 amI traded my Honda 2001 EX for a new Corolla S. I have been a big fan of Toyota - owned another Corolla and a MR2. So far I have been real pleased with the switch from the Honda Civic. The Honda was a good car but I liked the body style and interior design of the new Corolla. The Corolla S is a manual and loaded with all factory installed options: sunroof, all power with keyless entry, cruise control, side airbags, upgraded stereo, upgraded wheels, rear spoiler and ABS. Real nice car. Would definitely recommend.
