Overview & Reviews
Well into its fourth decade of production, the compact Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car in automotive history, and for good reason. Small, inexpensive, fuel-efficient and as reliable as the day is long, the Corolla is the quintessential economy car. As long as you change the oil on time and don't hit a tree, any Corolla should provide dependable transportation well past the 100,000-mile mark. That's why so many shoppers keep buying Corollas year after year.
Since its 1968 introduction in the U.S., the Toyota Corolla has come in a variety of body styles, including a sedan, coupe, hatchback and wagon. More recently, however, it has only been available as a sedan. Today's Corolla has almost as much rear passenger space as a midsize sedan and its fuel economy is impressive. Although rivals boast sportier designs and more entertaining driving dynamics, a Corolla is nonetheless an excellent choice for smart consumers on a budget.

06 corolla - 2006 Toyota Corolla
By rosconey - January 28 - 5:43 amso far so good-after a 2000 neoen this thing is great-i like the high exit hight after a long day of work- nice ride for a car its size, plenty of pep from the 1.8 and even though its a little soft in corners i would expect that from a car sitting this high- interior is a little cheap looking-the neon had a much nicer interior looks and quality of materials used-not sure how well all the plastic will hold up in the corolla- 40mpg or so on the highway is real nice- auto headlights are a gimmick that works great-

Just kept going!! - 1995 Toyota Corolla
By ikers - January 25 - 2:00 amHad it for 8 1/2 years until an accident ended its usefulness. Over 220,000 miles and the only things I had to change on it were the belts, tires, batteries and the alternator (twice). A very solid car.

One tankful so far - 2010 Toyota Corolla
By Dr Deuce - January 15 - 8:16 pmI just got 37+mpg on the 1st tankful of gas. Like others, I am starting to notice the wander. Maybe needs more caster on the front end. It seems peppy enough for a 4. It does have a 4 cyl mild buzz during acceleration. I like the D to 3 shifter and it shifts quickly when asked using that. The door armrest seems to be a little unusual. Cup holder in the center will not accept bigger cups. It is quiet. The radio does have some bass boom to it with some music. MOVE THE CLOCK TO THE RADIO! This is my 1st Toyota.
