A sporty new XRS model debuts boasting a 170-horsepower engine and a sport-tuned suspension. Additionally, all Corollas receive a restyled front fascia and rear taillights. The LE model now has Lexus-like Optitron instrumentation, along with a cloth-trimmed center console and sun visors. Side curtain airbags, stability control and a JBL audio system are all new options.

  Better than my old Kia Spectra - 2005 Toyota Corolla

  A great, fun car! I previously owned a Kia Spectra and didnt enjoy it at all. My Corolla is such a great car. Much roomier in the drivers seat. Lots of trunk space. I think it is the best car in its class.

  My wife and I bought this car new!! Being that I was a Ford owner I bought the Corolla with a 200k/6yr powertrain warranty! In 195000 kms warranty covered ECM, Fuel Punp, Wheel Bearing and Timing chain seal!! The pump and ECM failure is odd but not totally unheard of, but compared to the 97 Ford Taurus, the toyota quality is unsurpassed! I too have a strange whistling sound from windscreen at higher speeds! Oh ya...door seal were replaced after on yr!! One cam loose so dealer changed them all!!! Great dealer service!!!

  its a good car, but during accidents the body is weak and gets damaged by minor hits. This car is fuel efficient and looks very nice for being a sedan. I enjoy driving it and the red color is my fav.

  this car is really fun. can be driven like a a family car or played around with. acceleration is very good when at 6,000 RPM, but moderate getting there. overall a very good package. its practical, versatile, and reliabe.

  This is my second brand new Toyota, and I love it. Good handling and very roomy for a small car. True to Toyota for being "economical" on gas.

  I purchased this car with 6 miles on it. I love this car. Every time Im tempted to purchase a new car, I just cant imagine departing from my Corolla. Made in the USA by GM workers, this car has quality. Besides some initial, and minor, warranty issues, Ive done nothing but change her oil and give her a new set of tires. I can only imagine this being an awesome buy as a used car because it really is quite versatile. Decent trunk, spacious interior, decent design.

  I have had this car since July 2005. It is a great little car with a few flaws. Living in NYC, I have to say the gas mileage is great (anywhere from 25-29mpg in traffic, 32+hwy), it is easy to park, and generally fun to drive. I have some minor complaints with the tin- like metal used to cover the car at the top. This car is prone to dinks and dents from minor contact. And a driver really has to "drive" this car in foul weather. But for a compact, this car is stylish and sporty looking with excellent features.

  I already have a 2003 Honda Civic EX and in my opinion the Corolla LE is a slightly better car. The Corolla is less noisy with a much smoother ride than the "sporty" ride of the Civic. There has more trunk space, head room and driver visibilty. Before you buy, test drive both.

  this was my first brand new car since I started driving. Its great to drive and very dependable. The interior is very nice and simple. I bought the extra value package because it looks nice with a spoiler. No problems with it so far and being as though its a Toyota. im not expecting any problems any time soon.
