The 2012 Nissan Sentra returns unchanged, with the exception of a new Technology option package on 2.0 S models.
Pros:
- Intuitive control layout.
- Spacious front seating
Cons:
- Ho-hum handling in all but the SE-R.
- Telescoping steering wheel not available
- Aging design
- Harsh ride over rough surfaces
- Droning acceleration with CVT (continuously variable transmission)

By art - August 8 - 2:11 pm2012 Nissan Sentra just stopped moving in rush hour traffic. Needs a new transmission. The dealership wont cover it. I will never purchase another Nissan. I have always had Toyotas and they last me years/over 200,000 miles with no problems. Got a good deal on the Sentra but will never buy a Nissan again. YOU WILL RUN INTO THE SAME PROBLE WITH CVT TRANSMISSION AND THE COST IS $3700.00 TO GET IT FIX AT THE DEALER
