  Ijust got this car today love the way it handles very roomy I had a 2009 sel fusion this car lookes so much better can not say enough good thing about the price you get alot of extras great value

  2011 Hyundai Sonata Noise Problem - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

  We purchased the 2011 Hyundai Sonata in Feb 2011. We love the way it drives, the interior features, comfort and looks. However, we are extremely unhappy with a groaning noise that occurs with decceleration or braking to a stop. We have had the car in to the dealer 4 times, had numerous emails back and forth with Hyundai Customer Service and have only been told the noise is coming from the A/C compressor and "it is operating as designed" so there is no repair for it. They have said it is in all of the 2011 Sonatas but I doubt that since I have seen no other posts or articles about it. Needless to say, I cannot recommend that anyone purchase this vehicle until Hyundai addresses this problem.

  Its great looks combined with its outstanding performance is unmatched at this price level. Getting numerous head turns and is extremely fun to drive. One note: At just 200 miles the airbag light has come on. Have an appointment to have it looked at tomorrow, will update my review if needed.

  An In Demand Vehicle - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

  Thus far 24 hours in this car drives great. Handling is great, an adjustment for me as it is very responsive compared to my Dodge Neon I traded in. Interior is beautiful especially when night driving as it just lights up. The on board MPG indicator is a nice feature, I find myself challenging myself to increase my Avg. MPG to get the bar up to 50MPG. Brakes are very responsive almost too much. Definitely takes an adjustment. GLS had everything I needed, IPOD cable, bluetooth, speaker system for phone and multiple cup holders. Also IF you are tall you will fit into this car, I am 62" and fit in the front easily with headroom.

  After looking at Fusion, Accord, Mazda6 & Altima I decided on this car because it was the best buy for the money. Driven it 500 miles so far and I fall more in love every day. Great fuel economy, awesome features. The 198 hp engine has plenty of power and speed even with 5passengers. Im glad I picked this car above the rest. Some complain about lack of pwr seat for passenger. They dont need to have pwr. Besides they have dual zone temp control that s enough. Mine is the indigo blue Pearl, and all I get are compliments on the car everywhere I go.

  Drive mostly highway miles, great mileage. Like everything about the car. Still learning about the bluetooth. All features work fine.

  This car is the best value going. Overall, the car is great. I love the styling and interior. Great Nav and media options. fun to drive and corners well. The only complaint is the steering. Very frustrating driving on the highway for long stretches of straight road, constantly overcorrecting (left right left right) to keep the car straight.

  Broken rear window - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

  I have 225 miles and just bought it a few days ago. I love everything about it, except, for no reason the back window broke. I watched it shattering before my eyes and getting holes in it. It had a chip in the upper right corner and right above the track is where it looks like it started. It was in my driveway, not windy, the leaves werent even moving. all the glass landed on the trunk which tells me the glass popped out. nothing in the car and nothing around the car that could have hit the window. dealership has it now, lets see what they say.

  Had a 2009 Ford Escape for 11 months and couldnt stand it, sold it and got the SE with nav sunroof and upgraded sound. It is a great car, This is a car I am gonna drive through college and am very happy to do so. The ride can be rough, but i love the 18" wheels so i can accept that. The nav is amazing and I use it all the time surprisingly. The engine pulls very willingly, Im 18 and drive this car hard all the time and it may not beat a G37 but it is no slouch, esp for a 4 cyl. The exterior is amazing and so is the interior on the SE and I couldnt be more happy with my new car.
