  • Hyundai Sonata got it! - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

I traded my Mercedes E class for this car. I have had 2 Mercedes, 2 Lexus and 1 Toyota and our current 2nd car is a Toyota Highlander. Other luxury cars are better but not worth the money. Toyota, well, I did notice lack of quality in recent models and I did not even consider due to recent recall fiasco. I researched and test drove Honda, Mazda and Subaru. Two things made me hesitant with Hyundai: Design and Resale value. Resale value of Sonata now on par with Honda. Design: it turns peoples head and give thumbs up. I never had that with Lexus and Mercedes. Sonata is loaded with features. Little features like LED ambient lighting that I had with Lexus GS. 2011 Sonata GOT IT!

I just love my new Sonata. I went from a Jeep to this and I thought it was going to be hard, but the Sonota is so amazing! Great comfort in the ride, stylish design, and great gas mileage. I have only had it a week but I know that I am going to be pleased with it for a long time! We were debating between the GLS and the Limited. I recommend getting the Limited because of the extra features.

Picked up my car on Saturday. I love it...still trying to adjust to the color though. I had to settle for Harbor Gray but I really, really, really wanted Silver...lol. Because its a newly released model/style the availability of color combinations and options are limited.

Besides the countless amount of recalls. Two weeks ago driving in the highway the car engine seized no warning signs at all. Thank goodness i was able to get the car off to the side w 2 children in the car. The warranty doesnt cover it because Im the 2nd owner. Which is frustrating bc the internet is full of the same compliant. Damn even the mechanic said it was the 4th one he seen in a month same issue. Obviously its a defect Hyundai should stand up and help their customers. Car is sitting at dealers and I still owe 2 more years

  • Great Car - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

My wife and I bought this car because of the reported fuel economy and so far it has not disappointed. The first week of suburban driving we have achieved over 28 mpg, truly amazing for a car of this size. Having come from an Acura TL, we bought the limited as we wanted all of the bells and whistles that came with it including the navigation/backup camera. In comparison, I found that the steering is overly sensitive and the seats are a touch hard, but those are my only complaints. I am hoping that this car will be as reliable as my TL was. Having driven only 500 miles, I cant fairly rate the reliability.

I was looking for a car that had better gas mileage. I traded in a 2008 Jeep Liberty and i have no regrets. I test drove a Sonata and feel in love right away. I have been getting about 47 miles on the highway when you the cruise is set. The standard sound system is very good and the cloth seating is comfortable. I have been asked three times what car that is at stop lights. I really love the bluetooth and the ipod connection. get this car and stop wasting your time with others.

  • Great car, great price! - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

As a repeat customer of Hyundai, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with my 2011 Sonata! I just traded in my 2006 Sonata GLS v6 for a 2011 Limited Edition, and am happy as can be! The interior design is modern and inviting, yet not overdone; it has an overall blu-ish theme to it, including the primary gauges, and the backlight for the radio controls. The performance is great, with tight / sporty steering, a sporty / quick-shifting transmission, and an sufficient 200HP 4-cyl. The exterior sports very modern, sexy lines, and at first glance appears similar to the Hyundai Genesis (which is why it first caught my eye).

I just purchased the car 2 days ago so my review of the car is with only a couple of days of ownership. I bought the Limited model. I love the new design and have had many compliments on the beautiful looks. The inside is as nice as the outside and looks great. The leather seats are of superior quality and the keyless ignition is wonderful. The standard bluetooth connection for my cell works great as well and the gas mileage is wonderful and I am averaging 25 miles per gallon on my first tank. The 200 HP engine has plenty of power and the car handles like a dream. I cant believe I got it for 26K. No down side at this point.

  • Best car I have ever owned - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

This car is amazing for the price. have owned many from Jeeps to Hondas to Audi. This Sonate is smooth, its quiet and has great pickup. The interior is roomy and comfortable, the trunk is huge! Only concern is snow/ice - it is not as good as can be in those conditions.
