  • Amazing Car! - 2011 Hyundai Sonata
    By -

I am in my early 70s and this is an amazing car. For the first time, I have found a car in which the drivers seat travel backwards exceeds the length of my legs. The telescoping and tilt wheel puts things just where it is comfortable for me seats are comfortable..ride is firm, yet compliant on bumps. Six speed tranny is very smooth..power is great. Feels like a V6 rather than a 4. Interior layout is easy to get comfortable with. Exterior is a great look. I see now why the NAV package is what I considered pricey. it does a lot more than just the "Garmin GPS" stuff. It is worth the extra price, and then some..the car has a near-luxury feel, at a much lower cost.

Owned car for 4 months now love it everyday, travel 80 miles a day to work love the gas mi ledge, have 11,000 miles on it and no troubles. One bad downfall paint seems to be real soft, chips real easy, maybe dealer will address this. Otherwise great car for your money, happy motoring.

  • Exceeded all of my expectations - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

Ive had this car for a couple of months now and I love it to bits. When I was making the decision to buy a car, it was between the Accord & the Sonata. I test drove the Sonata first and loved how it felt the moment my foot depressed the accelerator. When I test drove the Accord, I was somewhat disappointed. Granted, the Accord is a very solid, reliable car but that was it (I was also looking at the V4 engine so Im not speaking for the V6). I test drove the Sonata again and fell in love all over again, 198 ponies and all. The GDI is great and makes the driving experience a lot of fun. All in all, very solid, reliable car, fun to drive, looks great, and a great price!

  • Bad Experience - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

I purchased my 2011 in may. I drove my car to Memphis and was coming through ms and my car stopped and would not start. I had to call roadside and they had to tow my car to Pine Bluff ark. It was said that it was the fuel pump and it was not. They had to replace the fuse box. I am very upset, my car has been in the shop since the 13th of July. They had to order a fuse box from Korea. Finally I get a call to say that my car is ready today, 29th July. My car is being shipped from pine bluff, because I live in Texas

  • Tremendous Value, combination of Power and MPG - 2011 Hyundai Sonata
    By -

Ive put 35k miles on mine. Simply put, you are not going to find a car that does 0-60 in 6.7sec that also gets MPG like this. The power delivery is nearly lag-free. Handling is good on the SEs. The stock tires are rubbish. I run a true summer tire on the stock 18s and that improves the handling, but makes the ride a bit choppier. I run 17s in winter and that makes a big difference in winter weather handling. It also helps the ride. I added heated seats- why that was not standard, dont know... The seats are not very comfortable compared to competitors. Ergonomics are a cut below Honda but still good. The dimension stereo is disappointing.

  • Extreme Awesomeness - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

The car overall is great. It definitely stands out from the crowd of comparable vehicles. My wife and I love it. The small details and sum of its parts make it seem so much more expensive than it is. I purchased it for business, where I need to make a positive impression on clients. It reveals style, class and at the same time economical sound judgment (especially during this tough financial climate.) It costs THOUSANDS more for the Accord and Camry to match the features of even the base Sonata. Another note, I am 64 and have ample room in the front and rear of the vehicle. One last piece of advice: read the reviews here of the competition and you may become a proud Hyundai owner

  • The finest car you will ever own. - 2011 Hyundai Sonata
    By -

i have literally had 15 new cars in 18 years. Lets just stop there. This is the finest, funnest, head turner you will find without the Euro snob appeal and repair rates at 120.00 per hour. Just buy one. I read the finicky naggerlers of negativity with their minor peeves. They simply havent owned enough cars to know a winner.

  • Its a big car - 2011 Hyundai Sonata
    By -

Ive had the car for two weeks now. I bought it with the drivers seat-wheels package. The car has plenty of interior space, except in the back seat if you are close to six feet in height. Its really a nice car and looks a lot more expensive than it costs. Its one weakness is the reduced visibility. The high door panels and small windows could make driving in that crowded shopping center parking lot hard for some. And keep an eye on the little ones.

  • Love It! - 2011 Hyundai Sonata

My dad bought me this car a month ago and I absolutely love it! Im 22 so I love that it is sporty, but also lots of room for all my school books. I wanted the car since it came out and I know I made the right choice, it is an awesome car. It feels like youre driving a really expensive car and looks like it, too.

  • Glad I upgraded! - 2011 Hyundai Sonata
    By -

I traded my 2010 Sonata for the 2011 and Im glad I did. The 2011 is a much better car, with cleaner lines, exceptional features and better gas mileage. I also like the ECO mode, which tells you if youre getting the best fuel economy, without having to power-coast. The Pacific Blue Pearl color is beautiful. The dealer experience was fantastic as well.
