Great Car / Great Value - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By Jen - August 16 - 1:38 amMy husband is a big guy 6ft 4in and its hard for him to fit comfortably into some cars. As soon as he sat in it he fell in love - plenty of leg room super comfy. Other cars were a little tight for him. It met all our needs - room for our family (4 of us plus our dog), great trunk space, 27mpg on highway, price, style and comfort. We are very happy. I hope this helps like all the reviews helped me. Happy driving!

First - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By ncb - August 7 - 8:02 amBought car used in june. took 8000 mi trip to western states in July. Car performed excellently, especially in mountainous ares using manual shift. I believe the car is well worth the money for the performance & warranty, but concerned about trade-in value or resell value.

First thousand miles - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By Pghstarz - August 2 - 2:00 amPurchased 2004 GLS Sonata on Feb. 2. Now have 1000 miles. I am more impressed with the car the longer I drive it. Besides getting a great deal the car is super fun to drive. It rides smooth with the 16" Michlin tires and the V6 has enough power for hills. All in all, well satisfied.

Love this car - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By Mark - June 15 - 6:55 pmI also have a 2001 Grand Prix GTP and the ride quality in the sonata is 150% better than my GP. There is hardly any road noise to this car. Im gonna tweak the Air induction box to improve gas mileage a little bit. Thats my only complaint with the car.

Hyundai Happiness - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By PKobia - May 4 - 2:23 pmI commute 76 miles to work, a total of 152 a day. My Hyundai Sonata has been superb. I have put 58,000 miles on the car in just under 18 months and have not had a single problem. Not one! I have been fanatical about oil changes etc. and tire rotation from day one. My gas mileage is excellent at 30 mpg and the Sonata 6 cyl has more than enough zip to keep me out of trouble on the open road. I am a big man and the Sonata is very comfortable with more than sufficient leg and head room. All in all a pleasure to drive and a pleasure to own.

Great Car - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By Ragtime Lady - April 14 - 7:29 pmGreat Car! Runs great with room to spare. We bought it for the warranty but so far we have not used it. Maybe one of these days Hyundai will retain their resale values like the Hondas. The depreciation of the vehicle is the only set back and it isnt justified.

Great Little Big Car! - 2004 Hyundai Sonata
By Collette - March 29 - 9:45 amI have owned my Hyundai since August 2004. My husband and I were looking for a car with enough room for our 3 boys to be able to sit comfortably in the back seat as well as great gas mileage as much as I drive. The Sonata is GREAT! I love my car! It has all the little extras that a higher-end car would have without the big price tag. It handles great, I have PLENTY of room in the trunk for groceries, sports equipment or luggage. The gas mileage is great. We take my car everywhere, especially with the price of gas. I love the CD player and console area where I can put my cell phone and charger. This is a great car!
