I like the 02 gts manual 6. Clutch takes a moment to get used to, and you have to warm the engine up a little before redlining it. But quick as long as you learn to drive at 6k rpms or higher. Leather seats are very comfortable, with just enough room for a 62" person. Mine as well take out the back seats. Love the headlights & how they dont blind the guy in front of you. Not looking forward to replacing the tires.

This car is awesome, Im 19 and this is my second car, I used to have a Honda civic. I got in it at the dealership and knew I was driving away in it. Its not really fast, but with the action package that Toyota introduced in 2002, it looks fast and with gas prices now a days, going fast is irrelevant =) The interior is very spacious, well the front seats are. I wouldnt recommend taking more than one person at a time. There is so much more i could type about this car, I love driving it, it turns soooo many heads... I love it!

What a fun little missle. It takes the daily drive and makes it an adventure. I have to watch the speed on the freeway because the GTS just gets more solid the faster it goes. Get the action package, with leather!

I bought this car mainly as a daily commuter, but find myself looking for canyons to drive through just to enjoy the drive! This car has awesome reliability, gas mileage (over 35 consistently), handling, and brakes. Plus it has a fantastic look - at a time when almost every other car on the road looks like everything else in its class or by its manufacturer, the celica stands out as completely unique.

this car has a lot of great features like great handling and suprising acceleration. this is a great car for teenage driver looking for something with a little speed and not the big price tag. this car also has a lot of aftermarket mods, which is great for someone with a mechanic in them waiting to get out.

This car offers a good deal of performance, style, fuel economy, and reliability on a budget. The engine, although peaky, offers a lot of performance for a 1.8 naturally aspirated engine. It is fun to keep the revs up and drive hard once you learn how this car NEEDS to be driven. Calm, relaxed, cell-phone yakking, adreniline deprived people need not apply! This car causes you to remember how much fun it can be to really drive! The engine is only the half of it though. The steering is tight and very responsive, and the suspension does a fantastic job on soaking up the harshness of the road, yet allows for impressive handling. Also, the brakes are amoung the best....ANYWHERE

This is perhaps the most fun car I have ever owned. Its pretty, quick, and can out corner almost anything else on the road. Who would have thought that on ramps could be so much fun! This was a solid car for the first two years. I had no problem whatsoever. Then, at 190,000 the first motor blew. At 240,000 miles I am on my third motor and second transmission. Replacement part are expensive when you can find what you need. Luckily, all that breaks is the motor and tranny! That said, I drive a lot of miles. I have had two American cars that hit 300k miles with less trouble. Great car, but not if the miles are high. This car is a fling, not a marriage! For most, a great car,
