Excellent Used Car. - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By LJKelley - September 29 - 7:26 amI bought a pristine 2005 used C240 4Matic in 2007 and have been extremely thrilled by the car and service from MB. Drives great, interior is the best in its class and I think the exterior is very iconic. The 4matic has been a great feature for the Snow here in Rochester, NY. The car is extremely solid and you feel very safe no matter your driving conditions.

Down sized and love it - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By OTH7905P - September 15 - 6:50 amMercedes has created a look in the C- Class which still holds distinction. I had not owned a Mercedes for years and decided to scale down from a larger Lincoln after seeing the C-Class, assuming the quality was good. I was looking for better economy in a small sedan with delux features. There are a few cars which fill this catagory but it was the overall look of the Mercedes which won me over. It is as quiet as the Lexus and the Infinity but with a better looking interior. I did not test drive the Acura, Volvo, Lincoln, BMW, or Audi because of the styling. Appearance has always been important to me. Figuring out the dashboard electronics has been confusing to this point. A matter of time.

Pocket Rocket - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By rgd - July 16 - 9:00 pmAlthough a little pricey, this car is worth every cent. After owning other Mercedes, a BMW, a Corvette and a Ferrari, I can honestly say that this car is the most fun and the most practical to drive. It has excellent road manners whether in the city or out on the highway. Even after opening it up on the road, it still gets around 20 mpg. The engine is a masterpiece in sound, speed and appearance. The suspension is fantastic and the tires work very hard. I can only begin to imagine what the C63 will be like.

Best in Class - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By therocket600 - July 5 - 1:56 amI test drove the Audi A4 and the BMW 325i and I was immediately sold on the 2005 C230 Kompressor. Truly a well-made, put together vehicle that sets the "prestige" standard. This car is beautiful inside and out.

The Best Used Car You Can Purchase - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By everettbarnes - June 13 - 8:20 amBought this car used for 13.5K in 2010 with 60K miles. Surprisingly at this price point in 2010 other cars of different brands did not come equipped with side airbags (Chevy, Ford, etc.) excluding BMW which was more expensive and Asian cars which I wouldnt touch for fear of build quality. Even though this car is the entry level model of Mercedes build quality is unreal. When you shut the doors you feel like you are in a concert hall. Very good audio, hardly any rattles, incredibly solid and heavy door feel and overall what you expect from true German engineering. Next comes the drive.. Oh My Gosh. The supercharger kicks in at very low RPMs and the steering is tight and precise.

Like no other - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By My Retirement Gift - June 7 - 8:16 pmI purchased this automobile as a retirement gift to myself as my old truck had finally croaked. Everything about this vehicle is a delight to own, handle and drive. From dealer servicing regardless of where I have managed to land to quality of repairs and frequency of service. Its comfortable on long rides, its quiet its fun. I would really purchase no other car given a choice.

A Car for All Season - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Albert Fairchild - April 22 - 6:36 pmWeve had this car for 7 months now, and it is our all time favorite vehicle. Elegantly designed and mechanically superb, we have driven it with pleasure and in comfort on snowy roads and in Washingtons steam-bath summer. The fuel mileage is not great (about 19 mpg), but that seems to be an inevitable tradeoff for cars of this class.

Review for Mercedes C240 - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By sandra - April 6 - 1:33 pmI bought the C240 in Jan. 2005 and love it. It is a new vehicle with 6 miles to begin with on it. It is stylish and handles well. It is wider than the Volvo that I traded in and feels a lot heavier and safer to drive. The panel is clear and easy to follow/program. It is good in snow and severe weather which is why I bought it since I live in the mountains (Park City, Ut). It doesnt have the power that the Volvo S60 had but has more power than the C240 that I had in 2002. I am pleased with the car and the way it handles.
