Overview & Reviews
The new model year brings freshened exterior styling to the C-Class. A new dash, redesigned seats and tweaked trim pieces help to polish the interior up a bit, as well. A new audio system with six speakers and a CD player is standard across the board. Further updates include an improved short-throw six-speed manual transmission and revised suspension tuning. A DVD-based navigation system is newly available, while the C320 wagon has been discontinued. The complimentary scheduled maintenance program has been dropped for 2005.
- State-of-the-art safety and luxury features, three body styles to choose from, pleasing power from top V6 engine.
- More expensive than competitors, ordinary cabin furnishings, small backseat.

Over Priced Junk - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Andy - March 4 - 6:30 pmThis vehicle is advertised and sold as a sports sedan. Not even close. This car cant get out of its own way. Very disappointed in the performance and build quality of this Mercedes-Benz. If youre looking for a true sports sedan, dont buy these vehicles. I will never purchase a Mercedes again. Overpriced junk. There is much better quality, performance and pricing in the market.

I hate this car - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By libby - August 27 - 7:03 pmThe Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport Sedan is a poor excuse for a Mercedes-Benz that should never have been marketed. The car is junk. The only thing that they accomplished is that I will never purchase another Mercedes product. I hate this car.

Over Priced Junk - 2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
By Chip - December 16 - 4:43 amMercedes Benz advertises and sells this as a sports sedan (C320WZ), not even close, I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. The transmission and build quailty are awful at best. For a European sports sedan, its the wrost I have ever owned. Will never buy another Mercedes Benz product. Automatic transmission is absolutely the worst in the industry, and downshifts whenever it wants!
