  • Holds its Value - 2005 Honda Civic

I bought the car for my daughter with 35,000 miles on it. The few times I have driven it I have been pleasantly surprised. It is especially comfortable at highway speeds. I just looked up the resale value and it has only depreciated $1,500 in two years. I would like to see the front bucket seats beefed-up somewhat. I weigh 225 and the seats do creek upon entrance or exit.

This car has so much power. I love it. I used to drive a minivan and thought changing into a car that is much lower would be horrible. It ended up being fantastic and Ive never loved a car more.

I have always heard great things about Honda cars. I bought my 2005 Civic Si Hatchback, because of design quality in and out. Also the stock motor putting out 160 bhp, that was another factor for the purchase. And the race design suspension gives handling a new meaning.

This was the first car I ever really test drove. I went about a block and half. Thought to myself Im buying this car. I have since put 27200 miles on it. Drove to Pa and back to Ohio from Ashville to Altoona. My MPG overall was 52.2 MPG for the round trip. It does get lower fuel economy during the winter months, but that is OK. It handles really well and have had absolutely no problems with this car.

  • Civic Hybrid ROCKS! - 2005 Honda Civic

I just got really tired of filling up my Silverado at $50-$55 a fillup and only about 350 miles for that much cash, so I traded for the Civic Hybrid. Now I get over 600 miles for around $25 a fillup. The Civic even has more front seat legroom, and since I am over 6 ft tall, this is big. Its only an inch, but it does make a difference. Seats are as comfortable as the truck, visibility is great also.

I have owned this vehicle for a few months now and I have had absolutely no problems. I purchased the vehicle with 53,000 miles and I now have around 59,000. I have been averaging 32-35 miles per gallon (all highway).

  • Fun in the sun - 2005 Honda Civic

I purchased my Honda Civic a little over two years ago. I went originally to get a Honda Accord. After test driving several cars and even taking one of the Accords home with me for the weekend, I decided on the sporty Honda Civic. I feel for all the options that I got with my car, which was everything they had to offer, the price I paid for it was very reasonable, not to mention the great percentage rate I got on my auto loan. I wont drive anything other than a Honda now.

  • EX SE 4D Automatic - 2005 Honda Civic

My last car was a 99 Honda Civic EX. There have been a lot of very nice changes since that model. I love the spacious feel. I also love that I have a roomy car with great gas mileage. The seat belts are comfortable. Since I am a plus sized woman, that was very important to me. The interior is a little plainer than I would have expected, but the stereo system and the moon roof easily take your attention.

I love it Fun to drive and is sporty

  • Lovely little hatch - 2005 Honda Civic

Whatever the Civic Si lacks in, the originality of the car and the distinctive styling makes up for it. People can make fun of it by calling it a mini-mini van, but in reality, they want it so bad. The interior is unique, with awesome seats manufactured by Recaro (for those of you who didnt know) and the steering wheel manufactured by Momo. Some people may think that $19K is too much for the car, but you have to realize that Honda didnt use any cheap parts or even cheap plastic to build this car. Love the car, love the styling, love the orginality.
