The best Chevy yet - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By jason - February 2 - 1:41 amWe have only had this truck for a while. Made a mistake once we traded for a Jeep. As soon as it was possible we traded back! Now we are happy again. We are a family of 4 and we also have friends that we haul around. Plus I work in the oil patch so I put this truck through the wringer. When gone it sits for days on end in all weather. Plus the trip there and back on of road and no roads. At home it gets put through the family and helping others. Love this truck, it works hard and looks good doing it.

Avalanche does it all - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By aarchonx - January 27 - 10:00 amSmooth comfortable ride, stylish interior and exterior, powerful V8. I couldnt ask for more. I used to drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but was frustrated whenever I wanted to haul something tall, long, or wide. No longer a problem.

Avalanche in use - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Fun - January 15 - 2:00 amI bought this truck on thursday and went off roading on friday, it was a pleasure to drive and ride in, so far this has been one of my best purcheses. As for the interior I bought it with all leather that the dealership had done some where else. This is a awsome truck.

Great truck - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By NWPD122 - December 3 - 2:00 amA well thought out truck. Plenty of interior room and the hybrid between SUV and pickup truck was a phenomenal idea. Gas mileage is a liitle rough but still acceptable for a truck this big. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power, it tows my 27 foot Baja performance boat with plenty to spare. I love this truck.

A beautiful truck/suv - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Guyarizona - December 3 - 2:00 amI could not be happier. It is a handsome truck with interior and outward appearance that departs from the ordinary pickup. I love it.

Best truck since sliced bread - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Pete - December 2 - 3:30 pmI bought mine used, couldnt afford a new one. This is the best truck/car/ SUV or whatever on the market. Its loaded, everything you could want from Detroit. 15mpg town, 20-22 mpg highway. Plenty of power to tow and lots of room. Plus it has a built in ice chest.

Great truck, but... - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Cmac - November 23 - 9:26 pmThis truck is absolutely great. The ride is surprisingly comfortable, and it is plenty of room for my entire family. I have had two problems that the dealership can not fix, but are not a major problem because I am the only one who drives. The memory seats do not retain their settings, and the CD repeat feature does not work as expected. It seems to play all the tracks up until you hit repeat. The first problem is only a nuisance if my wife happens to hop in to take it for a spin since we are on opposite ends of the height scale.

Had to have a Gotta Have Truck! - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By GeneJB40 - November 3 - 10:00 amThis truck is awesome! It can pull anything I need to and yet it rides so smooth. It has so many extras that Im still trying to realize the full extent of them. I feel safe and secure in the truck and for good reason. The General has put alot of thought and effort into the safety of this vehicle. The kids love this truck and wanted it more than I did!

Its a GREAT vehicle!!!!! - 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche
By Leslie Wall - October 21 - 2:00 amWhen I first saw it I thought it was the ugliest car Id ever seen. After driving it I decided it was so ugly it was cute! It rides like a luxury car, has plenty of interior room, and can haul 2 motorcycles and 6 adults comfortably. This is the best vehicle Ive evr owned. My sister and my father have both bought their own, and couldnt be happier. Thanks for a awesome car.
