156K Still Kickin - 1993 Toyota Camry
By deboy - May 8 - 5:16 amBought new in 93. Still rides as smooth as Day 1. Very reliable. Great A/C and Heat. Just starting to see some breakdowns: Both front power window motors replaced at 150K. Oil seal leaks. Coolant concerns. Radio lights went dark. Havent had any MAJOR expenses yet. Keep up with transmission service!

Great Car - 1993 Toyota Camry
By SLC Punk - May 7 - 10:00 amThis car has been in my family since it was new. I recently purchased it for my wife, from my parents. There has been no major problems with the car (just maintenance). It passes emissions with no problem. Looks and runs like the day they purchased it new.

The most reliable car Ive ever owned - 1993 Toyota Camry
By bdevilla - January 4 - 1:50 pmWhen I bought my Camry, it had 90,000 miles on it. The only thing I ever had to do to this car was routine maintenance that you would expect for a car of this age. When I sold it, it had 174,000 miles and still ran like a dream!! I highly recommend a Camry. I was even rear ended in this car and all it did was chip paint off of the bumper. The Olds that hit me had his hood smashed and the grille laying in the street. Amazing. Im a Toyota owner for life.

I love my Camry Wagon! - 1993 Toyota Camry
By HazeK - October 13 - 10:00 amnice size: holds 4 adults/3 kids in comfort, cargo area holds plenty nice looks: not like some that look like a sedan that the designers stuck an extra section onto. great comfort: when my back is hurting, and I cant find a comfortable chair in the house, I get into my car & go for a drive! the front seats fit like a glove! great handling: The "get up and go" of this car is essential for safety here. I have a terrible lead foot problem! 0 to 60 in seconds is a requirement for MY cars. reliability? Of course! Shes a Camry!

Best Car Weve Ever Bought! - 1993 Toyota Camry
By great car - October 11 - 10:00 amMy parents bought this car after I was born, and I eventually started driving it. I couldnt ask for a better first car. It always starts, has pretty good pickup for a 2.2 L and I think its more comfortable than my moms new Honda. The car has nearly 140K on it and still runs like the day we bought it. The only complaints we have are: transmission going out after warranty expired, both CV joints going out around 100K, and a seemingly faulty exhaust system. Other than those couple things, the car runs beautifully and will hopefully continue to for many years to come!

Wonderful car - 1993 Toyota Camry
By Smidy - September 7 - 10:00 amI have had my camry for 3 years now and have been using it to commute to school (over 160 miles a day). When i got it it only had 60k miles on it and now it has 215k. Never had any major problems. Drove it all year round in the rain, snow, and blistering heat. In fact i hate to admit it but i abused it alittle bit. (late on oil changes and scheduled matience) But still performs like new. Also great factory stero for being 10 years old. Sounds better then some premium steros in other car brands. Good strong reliable car. I have taken many trips in this car. In fact i have practically lived in it. Highly recomend to anyone.

I love this vehicle - 1993 Toyota Camry
By AMAZING CAR - August 31 - 8:56 pmBought this car last year, with 130K on it. I love this car, I wish cars were still made this well and felt this stable. With Shell Vpower, I can get 34 MPG with 40% city 60% highway. Never needs anything but oil changes, and they are a snap to do yourself. It is not the most fun to drive, but with the manual trans it is better than most camrys.
