  • Exceeded My Expectations - 2011 Subaru Outback
    By -

I have driven my OB 1200 miles. The build date was 10/10 and it came with Conti ProContact tires. In mixed city/highway driving, Ive been averaging 22 mph. I previously drove a Lexus GS300. I am very happy with the ride, handling, and features of the OB. When I took my first test drive of an OB last summer, I didnt like it and took it off my list, but I kept coming back to it and liked it better after each test drive. After my fourth test drive, I was sold. After buying the OB and getting to know it even better, I can say that the OB has exceeded my expectations and is an awesome car for its class.

I am so pleased with my Subaru Outback. It is the very first time that I am able to depend on a vehicle after owning a car as along as I have.

Fantastic buy for the money. Good luck finding a car this good for the price you will pay.

  • Good value and safety for utility reasons - 2011 Subaru Outback

Its a very good car for utility reasons. I mountain bike, ski, and carry lots of sporting gear all over the place. The acceleration is good for the HP and it drives very good for the price. I would recommend this car to others to consider highly because of the value and its safety. I rarely write reviews, but thought I would given the good experience I have had with this car. The bluebooth and noise in the car could be improved.

  • Love it! - 2011 Subaru Outback

We purchased our first Subaru ever in July of 2010 and we couldnt be happier. The car rides great, is comfortable, has plenty of cargo room, and gets great fuel mileage. We are averaging 31.8 MPG over the first 1500 miles we have put on it. Now, we do drive the speed limit so I am sure that helps.

  • Right sized - 2011 Subaru Outback

My wife and I are the proud new owners of a 2011 Outback Limited 3.6R. We got it three weeks ago because we were expecting. Baby boy was born last week. We came down to two choices: The Ford Explorer and the Outback. After several test drives in each my wife picked the one I was hoping for. The Explorer was a little to big and while the My Ford touch interface is cool all I could see was something that would break in a year. We live in a city so while you want a good size vehicle you have to be aware that it can be a problem when looking for a place to park and when you trying to get through traffic. It has significantly more room than the other crossovers. Very Happy so far.

  • Best of Both Worlds! - 2011 Subaru Outback

After 4,500 miles I am truly impressed. Unlike my 2002 CR-V our Limited is a full-sized, luxury car which is smooth and quiet on the road. While the CVT took some getting used to, the great mpg (25.5 city & 33 highway) is a wonderful surprise! It feels more like a wagon than an SUV. So far none of the problems reported by 2010 owners. Cant wait to go to Mammoth soon and try out the awd!

  • Pricing mistake by Subaru - 2011 Subaru Outback
    By -

When you look at Subarus I feel it immediately becomes apparent they have the Outback underpriced especially compared to the Forester. Outback is a much more substantial vehicle from every perspective compared to the Forester, especially when comparing the MPG being higher for the Outback. Forester appears to be priced right in comparison to its peers CR-V and RAV4. The Outback a great value compared to its peers highlander, Pilot etc. Grab an Outlander before Subuaru wakes up.

  • So happy with my OB! - 2011 Subaru Outback

Wanted AWD or 4WD with fuel economy, didnt leave many options. Looked at CR-V, RAV4, Escape, Crosstour, Venza, Highlander, Forester, and Outback. Settled on 2011 Outback with CVT and all-weather package. Enjoying the Colorado summer, but now Ill be ready for winter!

  • Great Car - 2011 Subaru Outback

Purchased this car to replace a 2003 Forester that was still going strong with 115,000 miles. So far, the new Outback has exceed our expectations in every way. Great mileage (30-31 on Highway). Quiet ride. Handles great. Plenty of power when needed. Solid build. We love this car.
