Overview & Reviews
The Vue is an all-new sport-utility vehicle in Saturn's lineup, designed to compete on the lower end of the scale with models like the Ford Escape and Honda CR-V.
- Car-like handling, extensive choice of drivetrains, spacious cabin.
- Bland interior, noisy four-cylinder.

I love my Vue - 2002 Saturn VUE
By jlongstreth1 - October 10 - 2:00 amWonderful vehicle, comfortable little SUV that pampers my bad back by providing a car-like ride. Very fuel efficient, with the five-speed manual transmission I get almost 30MPG. Excellent highway ride, great visibility. Limber in the city, easy to park, easy to drive.

Love this SUV! - 2002 Saturn VUE
By gb - October 2 - 10:00 amThis is my second Saturn, and the Saturn dealership experience cant be beat. I cant get over how NICE this VUE is for the price! The handling is precise, the engine is peppy (could use a tiny bit more horsepower but wouldnt necessarily want to sacrifice the great gas mileage.) It has the most comfortable drivers seat of any car Ive owned, and its easy for everyone to step in and out of the car (a big plus with kids!) The sport edition with all the "free" upgrades makes for an incredible deal, Im loving the CD player, sunroof and alloy wheels everyday!

Great Buy!! - 2002 Saturn VUE
By nine - August 28 - 7:53 pmWent from a 3/4ton Suburban to this tiny Vue, I absolutely love it!! I have had it a year with no problems what so ever! Stock stereo is great nice and loud! There is plenty of room for my kids and travel and camping gear. The dent resistant body is great keeps it looking smooth. Very classy sophisticated family car!

Good Choice - 2002 Saturn VUE
By JDJR - April 15 - 10:00 amWasnt planning on purchasing vue. Had looked at Escape & Forrester and thought I would eventually pick one of them as I dont really need true 4- wheel drive or a monster truck. Test drove a vue (6 cyl.)and was quite impressed. Perfect vehicle: plenty of room, adequate power, excellent ride. As a previous owner of saturn, I think their service is by far the best!

Lovin It! - 2002 Saturn VUE
By Momof2 - March 4 - 10:00 amWe waited FOREVER to get this car. We needed a larger vehicle than our Saturn SL2 (also great!) for toting both car seats. We ordered ours and were extremely pleased with it. We have had no problems and nothing but positive things to say. It is obvious that much thought was put into the design of this vehicle, inside and out...from the organizer basket in the cargo area to the handy fuse placements... I love this car!!!

Have it almost a year, still love it - 2002 Saturn VUE
By Jeff N - February 7 - 2:00 amHad our VUE almost a year and still very satisfied. No rattles or squeaks in interior and no problems at all with build quality. 4 cyl./5 speed combo offers plenty of zip but would go for 6 next time for its extra towing capacity. Rear seat is low but I dont sit there, the kids do, and they dont mind. Split rear folding seat + front passenger folding seat very nice.

Better than I expected - 2002 Saturn VUE
By good lil suv - December 26 - 2:23 pmBought a Vue used with almost 40K miles on it and thought I would have to do some TLC before it was long trip worthy. Drove it from Pennsylvania to Ohio to Florida and back to Pennsylvania ( over 4000 miles driving the 1st 2 weeks ) and all I had to do was fill the gas tank and wash the windows. If it was a little bit more truck like I would get rid of my bigger SUV and take this to the cabin instead.

Exactly what I expected - 2002 Saturn VUE
By Harpoon - December 1 - 10:00 amAs a previous Saturn owner, I knew what I was getting. Yes, the interior is plasticky, but its a sport UTILITY vehicle. Most of the early problems seems to have been solve. No sqeaks or rattles. I got mine if black-silver, which looks great. Handling is very good for something this size. The engine is smooth, but a little loud when pushed. Are competing vehicles smoother and more refined. Yes. Would I consider another vehicle. NO!
