Tough truck - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By joebeau - April 8 - 6:13 am2nd Pathfinder I have owned. Sold the 1st one due to high miles (175+) and body rust in the rear and on the rear floor. This truck is tough, powerful and practical. It does really well off road (I go off road several times a year)

Great Used SUV - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By timmer24can - March 23 - 12:43 amI was a big North American fan on SUVs but I decided to try Japanese. So I did my research and found that the Pathfinder was rated very high, I found one at a small used car lot and the rest is history....what a great SUV. Motor, Tranny, look and feel A1. I cant stop driving it.

I like mine - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By ben-nissan - December 21 - 1:30 pmI have put 1500 miles on mine and I have concluded that "I like it". It has power, comfort simple to operate and handles very well. Great for hurricanes and remodeling. It can easily haul 12 sheets of plywood or sheetrock if you fold the rear seat down and lay 2 2x4s on the top of the folded read seat back - I was unable to do that with the Durango or 4-Runner. Only thing Id change is the location of the oil filter. Its a bear to get to. Great little vehicle.

Good Solid SUV - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By ykwim bbb - May 9 - 2:00 amAll around this car is solid. Good design inside and out. Great feel when driving. More than enough power when you need it. Very comforable in the front and back seats. My first SUV and my wife and I love it.

Nissan Pathfinder - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By bigmama - February 8 - 10:00 amI gave up 2000 Durango for my Pathfinder, thinking I was going to get better gas mileage, and to my surprize, the Durango had better gas mileage then the Pathfinder! I am very disapointed in the gas mileage, if I am lucky, I get about 220 miles to a gallon of gas, that is only 11 miles to the gallon. that sucks.

This Is My Second Pathfinder - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By TLG - December 31 - 2:00 amHad a 94 Pathfinder that I just gave to my son and bought a 2004 because I never had a moment of trouble with the previous car. This one drives smoothly like a ca. The cabin air filter is wonderful as is the POP package extras I could drive forever. Lots of comfort. This car is powerful and gets me onto the highway without hesitation. No problem with room in the back. The dealer was great too. Ill be buying my third Pathfinder in ten years.

Nearly Flawless - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By Mike234 - November 14 - 9:30 amAfter 2 years and 23K miles, the performance has been nearly flawless. I have towed near the 5000 lb limit with no issues (flat terrain). Drivetrain is excellent, handles like a Maxima. Though it drives like a car, this vehicle is still very much a truck - and you can treat it like a truck and its perfectly content. My nits: 1. Bose stereo could use a little more volume. 2. "Pathfinder" logo separated from floor mat. 3. Minor rattle behind dash. So pleased with this vehicle that I bought an 06 Pathfinder to replace minivan.

Good Car - 2004 Nissan Pathfinder
By ANT313 - October 7 - 2:00 amI have the car for almost 2 years now (IT IS A 2002) and there are only 2 complaints that i have, #1 I have gone through 5 radios, (under my warranty) the C.D. player does nothing but skip, the C.D. could be brand new and it skips for no reason. #2 the windows occassionally rattle. So I am putting in a new radio ( not a remanufactured one that Nissan gives you ) and I occassionally hear rattle , besides that I Love my Truck!
