I love this car - 2006 Nissan Murano
By glen - August 12 - 5:16 pmI LOVE this car. Ive driven pickups and cars but this is the first car I have ever really LOVED. Very powerful for an "SUV". I get 21 MPG ave. in town etc. Hwy is about 24 MPG. Doesnt have the range that some cars do but not a problem. Seats very comfortable to me. Seat heaters a bit uneven but I dont use that anyway.

Guess I expected more - 2006 Nissan Murano
By dopplerdavetn - July 16 - 3:25 amBought this car March 2012 with 83,000 miles. It drives well, the fuel economy is nowhere near the reported numbers. So far, have had a problem with the fuel pump & gas gauge, have had to replace rocker arms on the front twice (extended warranty), replace a front engine mount (warranty) & have had to fix the power steering (dealer said its a common problem in that year Murano models). Also had to have wheel bearings replaced & replace the air blower (no air conditioning/heat at all). Very disappointed considering Id driven Toyotas for over 15 years & had been told many good things about the Murano in this general model year.

Excellent Choice for X-over SUV - 2006 Nissan Murano
By Hawg2k - December 19 - 5:20 amAs a long time Toyota and Honda owner - 8 Toyotas and 3 Hondas, it was a monumental decision to try Nissan. The Murano has quelled any concerns I had about Nissan products! This machine is incredible; the "shiftless" CVT is flawless and provides constant and even power throughout normal driving ranges. The ride is firm but refined, especially for SUVs. Although we have only driven the Murano in summer conditions, it has done extremely well in the rain and mud. Im sure it will be a very adequate vehicle for the winter season. Lastly, but far from the least, the overall buying experience at the dealership where I purchased this vehicle was by far the best I have ever had.

My new MO - 2006 Nissan Murano
By ssqotu - October 23 - 1:56 amLove this car! I love the styling, the ride, and the luxury of my new MO. It is so easy to get into and out of and I sit high enough to see. Guests tell me the back seat is very comfortable too. This car replaced my 11 year old beloved Blazer and was a great choice!

The best in its class.... - 2006 Nissan Murano
By NISMO - June 21 - 3:46 pmFantastic SUV for its price!!! And it has excellent steering and cornering for SUV... Much better than some of the sports cars and sedans. It has powerful silky smooth quiet engine but CVT takes some powers away from it.

More for the money - 2006 Nissan Murano
By sterling - May 6 - 7:06 amI went for it. I bought a car due to the ride quality, and not due to prestige. The murano was more car for the money with the current lease offer from nissan.
