Love this car!!! - 2006 Nissan Murano
By Jen - September 5 - 4:20 pmWhen I drove my moms Murano for the first time, I knew I had to have one of these for myself. Just picked up my new one yesterday and so far am loving it. Nissan has made great improvements thos this car in both looks and features over the past 2 years. This car gets great mileage for an SUV with so much power. I believed it was the best in its class and truly believe it now that Im behind the wheel of one of these babies. The seats are very plush and comfy - great for my long road trips. Cant wait to test out the AWD on the snow!

My New Murano! - 2006 Nissan Murano
By Jeannie - August 31 - 11:40 pmI traded in my Trailblazer for a Murano and I must say its the best thing Ive ever done. It doesnt throw you around like a lot of SUVs do and the handling and acceleration are superb for in town and hwy driving. I love it and Ill probably keep it until it stops running. (Hopefully that will be a long time from now!!!) "Go go Murano!!"

Murano Highs and Lows - 2006 Nissan Murano
By Big Blue - August 27 - 2:50 amGreat styling and general performance. Gas mileage is much less than similar cars of this size that I have owned. The car is solid, but any packages that I place in the car rattle like crazy. This is the only car where I have experienced this phenomenon. It detracts immensely from the overall driving experience. Is there that much difference in the ride of an SL versus my SE?

GottaGet1 - 2006 Nissan Murano
By GottaGet1 - August 7 - 5:20 amI test drove the Murano, a Toyota Highlander, and a Honda Pilot. I was so impressed with everything that the Murano had to offer! The CVT transmission was so smooth and accelerated with ease. The interior is plush and so comfortable. The exterior is sharp and eye-catching. The sound system is top-notch. The interior leather package is luxurious, but practical. I cant say enough good things about this vehicle!

Great car! - 2006 Nissan Murano
By PVale - July 29 - 2:03 pmI purchased this car for the safety features and supposed gas mileage. This car handles great and I love to drive it. I purchased this car about 6 months ago and was in one hit and run accident Christmas Eve. The safety features worked beautifully, the repairs were done and the car drives like nothing ever happened.

Watch Out for the Drivers Seat - 2006 Nissan Murano
By newowner10 - July 4 - 4:58 amMurano in this vintage have a weak support on the drivers seat. If you look at the Chat area you will see what I mean. The part is $900 and you still need to install it or pay the labor.

I am so very sworry to have to say goodbye - 2006 Nissan Murano
By michael hudson - June 21 - 9:22 ami purchased this scar with 71 miles on it. It was the 1st new car I ever bought, although I have owed several Z cars a 240 2 plus 2 a 260 and a 280, in fact my first car was a datsun wagon. The Murano has been the best. i purchased warranty and most work was done at Nissan. After the warranty ran out I used the mehcacai cI have use for 13 years

think twice - 2006 Nissan Murano
By barbara - June 1 - 7:46 pmMurano is a rough ride, more like a truck not quiet at all and uncomfortable and stiff. Lots of blind spots. No cargo room and more trouble to lock and unlock with the intelligent key. Murano is grossly overrated. I cannot believe I am stuck with it for 3 more years. How do you get out of a lease?

The right car for me - 2006 Nissan Murano
By Bill - May 2 - 5:33 amWhat a great car! I was looking at an Audi A4 originally, but thought Id check out the Murano, specifically for its navigation system. What can I say? The damping on the SE model is superb for an SUV - corners really flat without the ride being harsh, the refinement is excellent, the engine is eager and tuneful and the underfloor storage is invaluable. Also, best navigation system Ive ever used.

Got It Right - 2006 Nissan Murano
By Incrediable - April 15 - 8:13 amResearched-originally wanted a Volvo! However after doing the research and driving both- murano won out. Incredible drive and comfort! The body style is beautiful and classy. I have purchased over 24 cars in my driving lifetime. They really got this one right. If you find one used with low mileage get it! Cons: noise when Windows down-but knew this before purchase, but tolerable. Maintenance is easy. Overall makes you want to go out for a drive just for fun.
