Truly a great vehicle - 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By mjdaidola - October 29 - 11:22 pmPrior to this car I owned 4 C-Classes (2006, 2008, 2009, 2011). Personally, I felt the C-Class was a good vehicle that came with a premium price tag because of the 3-point badges affixed to the hood and bumper. Unable to get my hands on a C-Class coupe w/ 4Matic I went with the 2013 E350 Sport 4-Matic (Black on Black, AMG Wheels, P2, and Pano-roof). What a suprise. There is a clear line drawn in the sand between the C-Class and the E/S Classes. First, the E-Class is crafted with overall superior materials and attention to detail. Second, this car is fast, much faster than my last C300. At almost 4000lbs this car is a beast (0-60 approx 5.6). Last, its roomey inside like a Lincoln Town Car.

The ultimate car for a road trip. - 2011 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

A most relaxing ride; very comfortable & supportive seats and least amount of road noise I have experienced in a car. Have the premium 2 and sports package. Got 46mpg with cruise control going 71mph on a road trip; around town average ~30. Get well over 500 miles per tank of diesel. Stereo system overall is fantastic, navigation system is a much needed improvement over previous generation and is very good. Engineering is what is expected; best in class trunk size when trunk closes engineered to not pinch the luggage! All season floor mats a must for us; cost extra but are great. Bluetooth works fine & easy to set up.

My 1st Mercedes - 2005 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

I tried e500 and it sooo nice , I will get one next year also . I trade every year . But what an auto ! I cant explain the difference , Between Lexus and Mercedes You have to drive one to experince it . Im sure you will agree . Paddybozz

Do not buy this car! - 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By LED FOG LAMP LOVER - October 21 - 11:30 pmI bought this car in July 2009. Got 6k miles on it. Went in for service and the dealer did a software update. Now the beautiful led fog lamps dont work at night. Dealer (s) nor Mercedes Benz does not have a fix for this problem! One of the major reasons I bought this car is for those great looking led fog lamps. Car looks ugly without them. I wish Mercedes would refund me some $$$. Or fix the problem faster! Or replace the hardware and stop blaming the software!

E400 Hybrid a great car - 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By chrisl5 - October 20 - 6:58 amI have test driven a lot of hybrid cars and even the all electric car. Finally decided to get the all new 2014 E-400 hybrid. The transition between the hybrid and gas is smooth. The feel of the car is nice & solid. The local driving on hybrid is fun. When signed up with MBrace and MBrace+, the car is even more fun with all the internet functions. I like the voice recognition to input into navi system. My average city/highway is 30 mpg, non-aggressive driving, has some uphill/ downhill.

The Long Road to Happiness! - 2003 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By sgs1 - October 15 - 10:00 amI looked at all the luxury sedans and the Mercedes was the most impressive. Having owned a Cadillac Seville, and Jaguar XJ8 sedan, I can honestly say the E500 far surpasses them in comfort and performance. My wife currently drives a 2002 Jaguar XK8 convertible and the E500 accelerates faster and smoother. Shhhh, dont tell her, or shell be stealing my keys!

Shame on you Mercedes - 2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By alcrawjr - October 13 - 4:22 am2007 E350, this is my second Mercedes and my last!! Transmission went into limp mode at 71k miles. Called MB headquarters and was told that there had not been enough reports of this issue for MB to recall. Hard to believe because its being reported all over the net. The local MB certified mechanic says he cant get the repair part because MB has a lock on them. I see 1980 models driving all over, but 2006-2014 are not even making it to 70k. I was told that the speed sensor fails around 52k miles. Where is the QUALITY ??? The car is DOA in the driveway while I drive my Jaguar... Go figure

Better than gas - 2005 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By RGB - October 12 - 10:20 pmI owned a gasoline engine E320 Sport and was dissatisfied with the acceleration, fuel economy and ride. This diesel puts the gas model to shame. This is the best car Ive owned in 40 years of driving. Averaging over 30 mpg with mainly in-town driving.

MB E320 CDI - 2005 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
By RBinford - October 12 - 6:10 pmWe had a 2002 Mercedes C230 prior to this vehicle and it was wonderful. However, after having a child we decided that we needed a larger car. We looked at all of the different models of the E-Class and decided after driving all and talking with our sales rep that the 2005 E320 CDI was our best option. We havent regreted it one moment.
