Overview & Reviews
The Sienna has been completely redesigned for 2004. Roomier and more powerful than before, Toyota's minivan entry now has the all-important fold-flat third-row seat, as well as a choice of seven- or eight-passenger seating (on lower level trims) and available all-wheel drive.
- Reliable Camry genes, refined V6, fold-flat 60/40 third-row seat, seven- and eight-passenger seating configurations, available all-wheel drive.

Clearwater Florida - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By Henry Stein - October 16 - 10:00 amThe only problem Ive found is that the manual side doors of my LE are very hard to open and close... The dealership has not provided a fix (yet).. but I hope that on my 10k mile service this will be fixed. I have heard from other Sienna owners that their vans have the same problem.

Toyota Sienna - Great vehicle - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By leograndee - October 16 - 10:00 amThis is the second Sienna I have owned. My first was a 2000 model. I traded for the 2004 in June 03 for the 2004. My 2000 only had 36,000 miles on it but I fell in love with my new one.It handles like a dream, smooth ride, really good looking vehicle. If Toyota continues with this excellence, Ill never want to drive any other vehicle than a Sienna.

8 passenger LE Sienna - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By layton utah - October 10 - 2:00 amHad to order vehicle ahead of time. Only downside was it took 5 weeks to get it in. We ordered 8 passenger for carpool use and love it. The rear seats fold great. There is a little nuisance in that the 2nd row seats have to be raised upright before they can be tipped forward to get access to the rear seats. Also a small nuisance in the locks. If the car is locked with the key fob, then the passengers in the car cannot unlock it using the lock/unlock switch on the driver or passenger doors. The doors have to be unlocked with the key fob. This is the smoothest ride ever. It also is very quite. Would absolutely buy again.

115,000 and No Repairs - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By John Z - September 14 - 5:06 pmHave had this close to 5 years and have only changed oil, tires, and brakes at 100,000. I will admit that the OE tires gave way at 40,000 but have had good luck since (60k on the replacements). We dont baby ours--kid hauler, client hauler, material hauler (Im in construction so this has seen its share of tools and lumber). Only complaint is getting used to the blind spot in the mirrors, but that could be driver error. 23 mpg with suburban/highway, you have to remember to keep your foot out of it to get good gas mileage. This, with my other Toyotas (Truck, Camry) keeps me a raving fan.

Toyota did its homework - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By 1st minivan - September 4 - 10:00 amWe test drove a loaded Odyssey EX and were not impressed (the 3rd seat was cumbersome, the ride was just OK, road noise, not enough luxury options) and then drove a Sienna LE and were very impressed with the ride quality and the quiet ride We wanted more equipment so we ordered a XLE AWD. Several $K more then the Honda - but well worth it. The child seat installation is MUCH easier than any other vehicle we checked out, and it rides better than any other van out there. The p/s is very light - good for parking lots, so- so for highway driving. This is definitely the best minivan available (it shows in the pricing!)

Sienna review - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By Kierstin - September 4 - 10:00 amWith three kids under three (1-yr-old twins + 3-yr.-old), I had to make the move from cool SUV to the mom-mobile (mini-van)--but this car made that move so worthwhile! We love this car! And the kids do too! Its so functional with the 3 carseats, and the DVD player is perfect for my oldest!

Currently Best Minivan on the market - 2004 Toyota Sienna
By wizdog - September 4 - 10:00 amAfter test driving the competition it is very clear why the Sienna should be on the top of your buying list. Comfort, efficiency, styling, quietness, and performance are key attributes in this redesigned minivan. Features are well thought out and plentiful, however you do have to pay with no buying incentives as demand is great.
