Overview & Reviews
Second-row captain's chairs are now available on the LX, while all models get larger rear drum brakes.
- Excellent value, roomy interior with lots of cupholders and storage bins, solid build quality, lengthy warranty coverage.
- Handling and steering response could be better, missing a few key minivan features, ABS not standard, below-average fuel mileage.

Love my Kia Sedona - 2005 Kia Sedona
By jsieghart - June 6 - 4:43 pmI purchased my 2005 Kia Sedona a month ago and have just been more than pleased with the vehicle. My first priority was that it was safe and it received 5-star safety ratings. My next concern was affordability. I couldnt even touch a comparable mini-van for what Im paying for my Kia. Overall, I am thrilled!

2005 Sage Sedona - 2005 Kia Sedona
By bcsparks4 - April 23 - 5:36 amA lot of minivan for the buck. Kia is motivated to compete and it shows. Common sense features + extras. Nice to drive. Well designed. Happy with it.

My Kia - 2005 Kia Sedona
By Kevin - April 4 - 5:10 pmWe love it....the room inside is amazing and the storage areas are plenty. The engine runs so smooth and it dosent make much noise when it is running. I have driven this van as much in one month than I drove our car in two years! The gas mileage is so-so..but we did come from a V4 car where we could drive for weeks on a tank of gas. Overall, I would recommend the Kia Sedona to anyone. We have purchased a lot of automobile for a low price.......Go buy one today!!

I love my Sedona - 2005 Kia Sedona
By Angela - March 26 - 3:20 amI wanted a mini-van due to having children and the fact that I love to travel. The Sedona is a great deal for the money. The only other mini-van I really liked was almost $10,000 more than the Sedona. It made the choice pretty simple. I got a DVD player installed for only $1200. I got everything I wanted for a great price.

Never Again - 2005 Kia Sedona
By Leftyflinter - December 27 - 7:03 amI have owned 6 brand new vehicles and this has to be worse than the 15 year old Subaru I got rid of that had 235,000 miles on it. I can not think of any positive feedback for this vehicle. The warranty is only good if the manufacturer will fix/repair the problems.

Love my KIA - 2005 Kia Sedona
By hc - December 2 - 4:36 amMy passanger doors are difficult to open for children & tend to stick. And a few big blind spots because of the rear head rests...however I love to drive my KIA I traded it in from a Voyager & the POWER is awesome! I got the cloth seats, didnt want the leather, but got every other option including the sun roof..the seats are comfortable, the sound system is as my 8yr old says AWESOME. I would buy another tomorrow if I could.

Its been a pleasure - 2005 Kia Sedona
By tina - November 10 - 1:06 amI purchased my Sedona w/ only 12 miles on it. Now it has over 67,000 miles. Ive taken it on many road trips and have been disappointed w/ the storage space. If youre thinking of this van, definitely opt for the luggage rack. But i have to give it credit for reliability. Ive maintained the oil changes like the dealership suggested and i have NEVER had any problems in the overall performance. The gas mileage could be better but that goes for most vehicles w/ 6 cylinders.

Awesome! - 2005 Kia Sedona
By John - September 12 - 4:50 amWe wnet from an entry level SUV to the Sedona. NO COMPARISON! The Sedona was less to purchase and MUCH more in comfort. It is roomy with a number of great features. Such as the power seats, ability to remove seats and haul "stuff", leg room, captains seats in second row and a very quiet ride!
