Overview & Reviews
Minor upgrades are in store for the Sedona in its second year on the market. On the outside, buyers will find new taillights, and in the cabin, you'll note a new audio faceplate and a remote fuel-door release. The LX model gets a CD player, while the EX now comes with two keyless remotes, as well as additional leather on the armrests and lower portions of the seats. A trailer hitch is now available for all Sedonas.
- Excellent value, lots of cupholders and storage bins, solid build quality, good crash test scores, lengthy warranty coverage.
- Hefty curb weight, below-average gas mileage, missing a few key minivan features, potentially expensive to repair in minor collisions.

K9 Kia - 2003 Kia Sedona
By Mike Venezia - May 17 - 10:00 amThis van filled the need to have a vehicle that was easy and comfortable to drive, have a good warranty and be easy for Great Danes to get in and out of, providing them with ample head room and plenty of fresh cool air. Its easy to drive, handles well, and has a good solid feel to it when you close the doors. Ride is smooth and quiet, and the multiple seating configurations are fantastic. Kia has provided us with a great car for the money...no complaints here Mike Venezia Jackson, NJ

Good quality for price - 2003 Kia Sedona
By tac2k - March 2 - 2:00 amKia has come a long way. We were very skeptical of buying a Kia, let alone a brand new model with no track record. By the features offered at the price, and the warranty provided convinced us to take the chance. It was definately worth it. We speak very high of Kia to all our friends, and Im giving Kia very strong consideration for my next commuter car!

Worth Every Penny - 2003 Kia Sedona
By Rustycg - December 2 - 2:00 amWe have had the Van for almost a year now and have yet to have a single problem. After almost 10k miles it still makes us smile. It has alot of power for a van and alot of exelent features. Maby we are lucky but on our trips and just around town we have had above average fuel consumption. Averaging around 24mpg on the highway and about 19pmg in the city. So I will not say fuel consumption is a problem for me. GET ONE!! Youll be glad you did!! Good job Kia, and since the Sorento has the same engine we may just buy one of them here soon.

Go KIA! - 2003 Kia Sedona
By Martha M - October 2 - 2:00 amI am so glad I did research before hand and bought the KIA. If I spent the same amount on a caravan, I never would have gotten all the features I wanted and needed. Best buy for my money and my budget.

meets expectations - 2003 Kia Sedona
By usaved1 - September 2 - 10:00 amOverall we have been pleased with our Sedona EX. We have had one failure in our first year. A sensor for the spark contol. We have driven it from Virginia to Toronto and Montreal Canada with only good things on the trip. However two pet peeves are the loud noise from the colling fan and the knocking from the front right whell linkage. Waiting for factory fixes.
