Im a man of few words. So I would love to say Volkswagen Jetta (2011) is the best car I ever used.

  • Best Value in the market! - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

I am astounded by the value of this vehicle! The size of the vehicle, the performance and the features and options for the price can not be beat. Although it is not the most sexy car on the road, you will be hard pressed to find anything better! The drive of the vehicle is great, bluetooth, stereo included are outstanding!

  • A great little car - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

It has all the upgrades you can get including a rear view camera and anti-stain treated interior. Its peppy at low and high speeds. Im always surprised by how roomy the car is - both front and back. The heated seats are a nice touch even if the car did live almost all of its life in San Diego. The vehicle has California car emissions equipment. I love this car, especially with satellite car radio.

  • League of its own - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

I believe that anyone who compares the features, size, interior space and gas mileage of this car against anything in its class they must reach the same conclusion as I did - this car is a great value. I have never owned a Volkswagen and was immediately impressed by the build quality and study feel it presents while driving and yet - great handling grace when the occasion called for it. If you are considering a Civic, Accord, Camry, Fusion, Hyundai anything, please consider the Jetta TDI and judge for yourself!

  • This Certified VW Jetta is a Stone Lemon! - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

That beware that although a vehicle may say CERTIFIED, it may not BE CERTIFIED, as my vehicle was not. As soon as the extended warranty that I bought lapsed, the radio/stereo stopped working completely, the rubber stripping around the interior floor of the vehicle came loose and is still loose because I refuse to pay the $350. to have it repaired. I refused to pay the $750 to have the radio replaced by the South Bay VW dealership because I didnt break the radio, nor pull out the rubber stripping nor did I break the heated seats mechanism that stopped working in late Summer. The right seat sometimes heats but the left seat doesnt heat at all. So my advice to you is to not jump to purchase a CERTIFIED VEHICLE BECAUSE IT MAY NOT BE CERTIFIED, AS THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE ISNT. I am loading up on the payment in order to be able to walk away from this vehicle and get a VERY reliable vehicle.

  • Really is Great for the price of good. - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

I purchased the car as a company car replacement and have really enjoyed it so far. I have yet to have any problems and after reading all of the reviews in the car magazines I hesitated to buy the car. It was my first VW and all I kept hearing is how they cheapened the car. I did not look at the "S" model just the SELs and I was impressed with what you get in this mid-size feeling car. It has more seat room than the Impala it replaced and all the features are really great. The car is fun to drive and feels really solid. I asked everyone I saw driving a VW whether they would buy one again and without a doubt they said they would. Very loyal customer base.

My wife and I currently own two Jettas (2009 SE and 2010 TDI Sportwagen) and had a 2011 Jetta SE as a loner. While the handling of the new Jetta was superior to the previous sedan, the interior quality was a huge step back from the older models. Everything inside is hard to the touch and very cheap feeling. I really like the exterior styling (wife does not), but the interior is a disappointment compared to VWs of the past. Even my father-in-laws 2004 Golf has a nicer interior feel...strange.

  • I should have bought a toyota - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

Bought my 2011 Jetta S 1 month ago. I have taken it in 4 times for a problem with 5th gear. Each time they dealership says that cannot recreate the problem (sometime there is resistance shifting into 5th and sometimes it will not shift into 5th all) Had to call VW corp just to get them to take it for more than a few minutes drive. Got a loaner right now. Waiting to hear back, I am sure they will say that cant find the problem. I love this car, but I should have bought a toyota,. VW is not the brand it once was and the people could care less about fixing a problem with a BRAND NEW car, the first time i took it in was less than a week after i got it. I would avoid VW like the plague

  • Issues - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

Bought the car brand new in 2011 and the AC went out in 2012. Great service at the dealer. In 2014 I started to notice the transmission slipping but no error codes. Then the car shut off once at a stop light and the second time turning into a friends driveway. I started researching the issue and found many, many 2011 and 2012 cars have this problem and dealers seem unable to solve them because no error code goes to the computer

  • Puts a smile on your face - 2011 Volkswagen Jetta

There arent many cars that one can own that gives you a communal feeling like you get from owning a vw. This is my second vw purchase, despite a 6 year Mazda relationship that ended, it was time. After test driving a new focus I found this white gold metallic beauty with 17in vw rims and well that test drive put a smile back on my face. At 22k it drives perfectly with enough pick up for my daily commutes and looks really great. I didnt read too much into the cheap interior reviews, I love it, love the stereo system and satellite radio. The onl thing I can caution a new buyer on is the love bite that seems to happen when you first open the center counsel...consider yourself warned!
