Good No-Frills Truck - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By doug - September 26 - 5:33 amI wanted a basic, simple truck, and thats what I got- roll-up windows, the horn doesnt beep when I lock/unlock the door, no power stuff to break. I like the 5-speed and 4- cylinder combination, although I have to gear down on hills even more than with my manual shift Camry. Dont even think of mating a 4-cyl with a slushbox. Only one nit-pick so far. The lower grille is a gaping empty hole leaving the radiator and A/C condenser with no protection from flying rocks. I am thinking of bolting a piece of stiff 1/4-in fence wire to the lower plastic and painting it black.

Love the Truck, but..... - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By hogtastic - September 2 - 10:00 amLove this truck. Plenty of Power, plenty of room and lots of features. Have no real complaints on the overall quality of the truck. The one concern that I cannot get my dealership or Nissan to address (and in the overall quality it is minor) is the character display in the XM Radio mode. The dealer replaced the stereo once but still doesnt work right. Displays all characters when connected to the iPod or when a CD has the data available but not in XM Mode. If I turn the truck off & then immediately restart, then it will display all the XM characters but Nissan says it is not malfunctioning. Again, a minor issue but very frustrating when dealer and mfg act like there is nothing wrong.

frontier pro4x/tocoma trd - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By norm - July 4 - 7:43 amI was looking at the Tacoma TRD and the Frontier PRO4X. I feel both trucks are great. Why I went for the Fronier is it felt more comfortable, had more power and felt like it, the automatic shifted better, and the options were more to my liking. The sprayed in bedliner is and the rail system is awsome, not slippery when wet like a composite, also like the radio and 6 CD player, sound great, and the blue tooth is a plus. Never like the looks of the new Tacomas I think the PRO4X color keyed front end looks awesome, but that is in the eyes of the beholder

Great Compact Truck! - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By TexChad - April 15 - 8:50 pmI traded in my beloved 2004 VW Touareg V8 due to high maintenance costs and horrible gas mileage and high octane requirements. For months I searched for the right vehicle to replace the one I loved so much, and I finally found it in the 2010 Frontier PRO-4X 4x4. This truck has everything my Touareg had as far as creature comforts and more!

Frontier Better than expected - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By YellowRubi - April 1 - 8:40 amPurchased for utility and tow vehicle, this LE model performed better than expecting during the first 4000 miles and vacation. Towing it had great power. Space was very good for kids and pets. The handling is very good and responsive. The features are the best. Auto sunroof with self closure keeps you from forgetting. Auto windows full down is a plus. Electric adjust seats make for a great ride on trips. Bed tie downs are a big plus. Mileage on the road with this 4x4 was much better than anticipated. Better than 20 MPG consistently. Very good choice for trips, towing, and general utility.

Love my truck - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By Derwood_Tom - March 7 - 5:16 amThe kids are almost out of the house, and my wife encouraged me to replace my econo-box with a truck (had a pick- up until kid #3 arrived 17 yrs ago). Love this truck, right size for urban driving, but seats 5 if needed. Lots of power, but rides really well, remarkably easy to get into the seats, and takes turns at highway speeds like a sedan. Wish gas mileage was a bit better, averaging around 18 mpg. No complaints so far (first 2,000 miles).

Great New Truck - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By Jene Moseley - December 22 - 10:13 amInstead of a Toyota, I bought a Nissan Frontier 4X4 and drove it home from the dealership 200 highway miles. The last 20 miles were over a snow packed, icy, steep dirt road through a forested and mountainous area. It was midnight and I was alone. Im a 71 year old great grandmother and felt totally secure. Though still quite new, I really trust this truck. If youre looking for a smaller, rugged all- terrain pickup, check out the Nissan Frontier. For performance, its an impressive vehicle.

2010 LE Frontier Review - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By John P. Mundy - November 13 - 11:16 pmI am very pleased with my 2010 Frontier LE Crew Cab. Ive driven full sized trucks but wanted a mid size. The Frontier and Tacoma were the two I looked at. The Toyotas offer very few cabin comforts while the Nissan offers many added options. Mine has 18" tires/wheels, leather, power windows/doors, heated seats, XM radio, bluetooth. It is comfortable and has plenty of power. I am totally satisfied and happy with my truck. Id recommend anyone to purchase this truck. It rides like a full size truck.

This is the third one. - 2010 Nissan Frontier
By M.E. - August 5 - 1:43 pmI grew up driving old stick shift PUs. And I use a PU as a PU. This is my third King Cab with 4cyl/5 spd manual. Mpg with proper use of manual is a pretty steady mid-20s, up or down a few mpg depending on driving conditions and brand of gas, and reliability seems to be a given. Im not going to bad mouth other small pickups out there. Ive driven them and used them and a couple of them I really liked. But when the time came to fork over the money for a new one, I just couldnt bring myself to do it for anything other than what I think is best of breed.
